The beds are so hard that you can feel the wooden slats. The WiFi goes in and out every few minutes. The shower in my room wasn't working, took them 3 days to fix it. Staff were very unwilling to spend any time communicating with me.
The only upside is the location being right on the square but there are another 15 hotels on that block if you want to be in that location

Hotel antigo. Sensação de tudo velho. O ar condicionado não funcionava nada bem. Não devia ter o filtro trocado há anos. O banheiro não tinha box. Ficava encharcado após o banho.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeably. Perfect location in the center of town with an amazing rooftop seating area with views of the Teatro Amazonas Grand Opera House. Nice walk to Feira Manaus Moderna port.

Hôtel exceptionnel sur la place du théâtre Amazonas (un peu bruyant), avec un rooftop incroyable, du mobilier magnifique et des chambres confortables, propres, un petit déjeuner soigné et personnel super agréable! Nous reviendrons en rêves!
