The room is not too big, but it is very clean and nice. It is only 10 minutes walk from Centra. The location is very good. The front desk guy is also very friendly. It is very close to the airport and train station.

fantastic room, exceeded my expectations and was well worth the money i paid, which was actually quite a sum less than 100. location wise it was very convenient and was very close to the gig venue i was travelling to from there (10 minute walk from the hotel give or take). the only downside to the room I stayed in was the WiFi and service being poor. couldn't make or take calls in my room at all, whether I used WiFi or my own 5g data. my friend's room down the hall from mine had great WiFi and service.

Staff were 10/10. They went over and above and were friendly and helpful. (Particularly Mark in the kitchen) Room was good and whole hotel was clean and well furnished. Only lost a star because of a few details (no hair conditioner, no milk pots for tea at brekkie). Overall happy with my stay.

Stayed here as was meant to be a fairly new hotel. The hotel sits atop a nine-storey carpark. PARKING It tells you on entry that Premier Inn guest parking is on level eight. It takes a long time to drive up to level eight and you actually don’t need to because there is no benefit to being up there. You can save yourself five minutes and park on the lower floors and take the lift that you’ll have to get in anyway. Premier Inn guests do not get any discount on the parking. You have to take the lift up to the hotel, but look out for the piles of rubbish everywhere in the car park lift lobbies. BREAKFAST possibly the worst Premier Inn breakfast I’ve ever had. Solid rubber fried eggs, undrinkable coffee, tasteless food. The best part of breakfast was the few baked beans I managed to salvage with a slotted spoon from the bottom of the container of tomato liquid. SERVICE No one was around when we arrived so we had to use the self check-in. It allocated as the disabled room even though we don’t need those special facilities. We have stayed in some nice Premier Inns, but this is definitely not one of those and we will not ever stay here again.

Stayed here as attending a gig at the o2 Apollo which was only a 15 minute walk away. Like many other reviews we had issues with the sat nav directions but eventually got where we needed to be. Room itself was as you would expect from a Premier Inn, the mattress had seen better days and the shower gel pump was broken but generally a clean and comfortable stay. Considering the hotel is right next to the dual carriageway you don't actually hear any traffic noise apart from the occasional emergency services siren. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this. My main issue, hence the lower score was the parking. On departure it said pay on level 0, but when taking the lift to level zero it didn't take you to the car park, so I had no idea where the machine actually was. There were a number of signs saying that a pay later option was available through the ncp anpr system and all you needed to do was visit the website, put in you reg details and pay within 72 hours. Considering I couldn't find tghe machine and thinking this would be the easier option I left the car park. When I tried to input my details in the ncp website later on I got an error message as if there was no record of my stay. Doing the honest thing, and in fear of being issued with a large fine I contacted ncp to make them aware of the issue. Ncp phoned me the next morning, they couldn't find my reg details in the system so I'm assuming the cameras may not have been working. Anyway the lady inputted my reg number and time of stay into the system which allowed me to then pay. However, I was made to pay 24.95 rather than the hotel advertised rate, and when I argued this she said she couldn't reduce it down without a discount code. She also said I had to pay in the next 17 minutes as that was when my 72 hour payment window expired. So I can't by help but feel cheated, I suspect that if I hadn't been honest and contacted ncp then they wouldn't have had a clue, and I probably could have got away without paying. This is by no means Premier inns fault, but just wanted to make others aware in case it happens again. All in all a good stay in a location convenient for what I needed it for. It's also very handy for Oxford Road and the 2 University campuses.

A fantastic premier inn. Really central, comfortable and stylish. The breakfast was fantastic. Mark couldn't do enough to help and made the best boiled eggs for me each morning I stayed. All the staff I met were helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. The shower gel also smelt amazing!

I enjoyed the warm environment and the welcoming staff. The best part of my day was breakfast with the chef, Mark. He is a very cheerful person and always made sure to ask what I wanted to eat. I'm already excited about my next trip in January 2025! 😎

My toilet shower was broken. I paid around £75 pound and the toilet was broken. It was uncomfortable for me to approach the staff and request for a repair or change of room.
