The front desk staff was very friendly, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the day of check-in. The room was really small, the smallest room I stayed in during my trip to the UK, but the location was good and the surrounding security was good. The parking space at the door was free for overnight parking, and the fee started at 8 am. We were 20 minutes late to pay and were fined 25 pounds.

Booked a suite. First, the connecting room door didn't open. The air conditioner was very loud in the middle of the night. I asked someone to come up and change to a room opposite. The waiter's attitude was good. It was F1 downstairs, it was quite lively. Why is there no better hotel in Manchester?

Loved the experience went for our anniversary took my 8month year old daughter aswel the service was really good and the hotel its self was amazing the spa and swimming was good ! Overall would defo be coming back soon! Worth it all day long!
