We had an overall good experience. At first appearance entering the motel could use some updating but was clean. Beds comfortable.The front desk girl was excellent very helpful with any questions and polite. Always very pleasant assuming she was the front desk manager. The breakfast bar was suitable but nothing spectacular. Choices change daily. The pool was clean and very relaxing at the end of the day.

The room was clean, but in the bathroom, the shower lacked a shelf for holding things like soap or shampoo, and the toilet paper roll holder was mounted too low on the wall. The service was a little lacking -- we ran out of towels on the second day and, although we asked several times, we only got one set of towels (for two people) on the fourth day.

Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Room is clean and quiet. Service is good. ******* helped us to book into this one in place of Days-In that had bad service and substandard facilities

Staff, location, price, breakfast, everything was excellent. We stay at approximately 30 hotels a year and I was very pleased with this one. Everything was as expected and even a little more so. We would definitely recommend staying there. Only 25 minutes away from Hershey Chocolate World.

They had me check in and ran my credit card. When I got up to the room the TV didn’t work. I came down to the front desk to complain, and they told me they were aware that the TVs in the room didn’t work and that they would be happy to give me a refund, I had to spend another $400 and rent another hotel room while I waited for my credit to my debit card. Absolutely should’ve told me ahead of time there was no TV in the rooms who in the right mind would stay in the hotel for three days without a TV , I will never go back there again
