The window in our first room was open and broken hinge you couldn’t close. The next room the pillows don’t have covers and you can see stains on them. There are other peoples hair on the nightstand. There are no mini fridges in room so if you have medicines that need to be in cold you have to go to reception and store it there.

Habitación 207: Un verdadero desastre. Especialmente el baño: sin portarrollos de papel higiénico, dos toallones apilados sobre el lavamanos porque no había dónde colgarlos. No había toallas. La ducha sin mampara ni zócalo, una cortina llena de moho y con olor desagradable. Nos bañamos y tuvimos q llenar el piso de toallones porque se inundaba todo. El secador de cabellos se desarmaba. Un cesto de basura que parecía sacado de la calle. Desastre total. Solicitamos el reintegro del 50% del valor. El recepcionista nos dijo que hubiéramos avisado antes. El tema no es avisar, sino que NO PUEDEN ni DEBEN ofrecer una habitación en esas condiciones. Totalmente decepcionados.

Super situation, personnel adorable et serviable. Hôtel très bien entretenu . La chambre est confortable et propre . Petit déjeuner très copieux. Lhotel est bien desservi par les bus pour se rendre a cannes . Et navette gratuite pour aller a la palge ! Le top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à toute l'équipe.
