Not a good hotel in any meaningful way and located in one of the least charming areas of Lake Garda: we stayed here because Trailfinders recommended it and I would never go back. The rooms are bare, the bathrooms are poky and completely lacking in storage space. The communal areas of the hotel are miserable. The only place with decent wifi is the reception, which is bleak. The area around it is utterly lacking in any interest - mainly big lakeside campsites and cheap hotels. The ferry to go to more interesting parts of the lake is a drive away from the hotel - there's nothing within walking distance. If you want to relax by the pool, bring earplugs for the euro pop and be prepared to walk across the car park to get to the small swimming pool, assuming there's a lounger free. Utterly strange landscaping surrounds the hotel - it's marooned in a sea of cobble lock paving. The staff were doing their best but if we had been staying longer than three nights we would have gone elsewhere. Three nights felt like more than enough.

Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wenig investiert in den letzten Jahren. Das Hotel ist extrem auf Effizienz getrimmt. Das betrifft die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Zimmer (Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Klimaanlage, etc. Die Anlage und der Pool wirkt leider ungepflegt, leider nicht mehr wie früher. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig. Insgesamt ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis noch in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist gut.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Ort, aber ansonsten braucht man zumeist ein Auto, um die Umgebung zu erkundigen. Das Hotel bietet geräumige Zimmer mit mehreren Betten für Familien. Auch das hoteleigene Schwimmbad wurde gerne von uns aufgesucht.

Wir haben drei Nächte mit Halbpension gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden! Sehr nettes Personal sowohl an der Rezeption und im Service/Restaurant! Das Menü im Restaurant ist erstklassig und absolut zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gibt täglich eine preiswertes Wellnessangebot. Ich würde dieses Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen.

Super mooi hotel. Een upgrade naar een appartement gehad. Heel ruim en schoon met een overdekt groot balkon met uitzicht. Het strand en boulevard ligt op loopafstand. Het ontbijt en diner waren erg goed. Er is een zwembad en een welness. Het hotel ligt rustig met genoeg parkeerplaatsen. De medewerkers van de receptie spreken heel goed Engels en zijn super klantvriendelijk.

Das Netz und Photoshop machens möglich. Tolle Bilder im Netz. Die Realität sieht leider anders aus. Dieses Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Grundsätzlich ist alles ok, aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt einfach nicht. Für 4 Nächte mit Frühstück sind 690€ einfach zu viel. War sicher mal ne tolle Anlage. Aktuell ist in der „Hotel eigenen Promenade“ alles geschlossen. Zimmer sollten renoviert werden. Die Lobby hat den Charme einer besseren Bahnhofshalle. Unbedingt zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten Vom Hausmeister bis zur Rezeption sind alle wirklich mega freundlich.

Ottimo hotel 4 stelle presso Manerba località deliziosa e tranquilla. Fine settimana di coppia in camera superior 204 veramente bella con terrazzo esterno con lettini e salottino. Personale hotel eccellente veramente tutti si danno da fare in maniera egregia per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Unico neo ma non da poco la formula mezza pensione. Innanzitutto viene assegnato un misero menù del ristorante prospicuo ma nulla a che vedere con quello del ristorante vero e proprio. Soltanto portate molte volte dozzinali e improvvisate, considerando che per la mezza pensione si superano i 200 euro a notte per la superior non lo trovo molto adeguato a tutto il resto. Unico nel del week and, ma significativo. Dimenticavo l hotel è dotato di una piccola spa e di una piacevolissima piscina esterna. Comodo parcheggio interno ed esterno per l auto e struttura molto centrale e vicina alla passeggiata romantica vicino al lago.
