Prime location, easy check-in, and the host is very hands-on too! Rockwell is just around the corner and you can buy all your basic needs in the grocery store on the ground floor. There are restaurants, hair and nail saloons, massage parlor, etc. The swimming pool and the kid's playground look amazing as well. Bring your own stick if you wish to play billiards! Oh, the washing machine was helpful as we stayed for a few days lol. I think the cockroach issue is a concern of the whole building because the room is clean but during the night, it seems that cockroaches are coming out from the shower drainage. They need to do a thorough pest maintenance.

The recent staycation of my family at Gemstone BR II at Air Residences was nothing short of exceptional. The moment I stepped into the unit, I was greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-lit, with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities.
The condo's prime location also allowed for easy access to nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions.
The building's amenities were impressive, offering a variety of options for relaxation and recreation. The pool and playground were particularly enjoyable, providing a peaceful escape from the city's noise.
