The place is pretty clean. Tha staffs and are very approachable and accommodating. I genuinely enjoyed my stay there.

It is an old hotel. So manage your expectations. Having said that, we had a comfortable and convenient stay. It is near hospitals (our purpose was to go to a follow up check up), malls, museums and parks (second purpose, family outing) The hotel is clean enough. There is hot water (shower). It smells like an old hotel when you step inside, but it is clean, I didn't see cockroaches haha They change beddings and towels every other day, or upon request. I think they could improve on the laundry of their towels and beddings though. Hindi naman ako nangati. Aircon is cool. Elevator is old in style, but still works. Overall it was a good stay, sulit for the price. Specially that wr had a five year old with us. I also love how they still have newspapers. Most guests are families, or older people hehe probably on government business.

We booked a Superior King room and was upgraded to a Premiere King room that is much bigger. The hotel smells so good. I noticed there was only 1 receptionist in the front office so waiting is expected when checking in and out. The room is basic but it really is spacious. It’s too big for the rate we paid for. The TV is just an LCD TV, not smart. Beddings seem old but they smell good. No bath robes. No slippers. No coffee / tea / sugar but there’s an electric kettle in the room and free water in the hallway. Water pressure is good. Bathroom fixtures seem new. There’s bidet and free toiletries. Only 2 bath towels were provided. Our upgraded room is generous with furnitures. Good internet signal in the room. We’ll certainly go back to this hotel. Take note that there’s a ₱2,000 security deposit upon check in and parking slots are limited. Hotel is walking distance from famous binondo restaurants so if you’re planning for a food trip in binondo, this hotel is my best bet. All hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. We love this hotel.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. My nth time booking on this hotel and it never fails me. I dont mind fading wall papers it doesnt affect the room. The staff are super friendly all of them. I like their quick guidelines i say its an improvement or i did t notice before some amenities are for request to save cost

Fluffiest pillow indeed! And mattress too! Well thought facilities and amazing staff. There's free coffee and tea that the guest can use anytime. Soap & shampoo provided there's even a slippers. But most of all security stands out you have your own keys for the room and gate. Stay amazing!

My latest stay at the Savoy Hotel was much better compared to my last stay late of last year, which was more of a rollercoaster ride of mishaps. With the troubles we had with our room and the attending manager who seemed to have mastered the art of ignoring us while promising help that never materialized and just thinking he can just give his calling card and all will be fixed. Talk about a letdown! But this time? Smooth sailing all the way! From the moment I checked in, it felt like I was in a whole world? 😅 The staff—whether it was the friendly guards, the concierge, or the housekeeping crew—were like rays of sunshine. Polite, friendly, and genuinely eager to help, they made me feel right at home. And the breakfast wasn’t bad at all. Now, there was a bit of a hiccup with the pool being closed for at least two days due to a private event if I’m not mistaken. I mean, who doesn’t love a good swim to unwind? I had originally thought of lounging at the poolside, and splashing around, but alas, it wasn’t meant to be this time. With not many activities on my Manila agenda, I was hoping for a refreshing dip and some quality relaxation at the hotel. A little disappointing but wasn’t really a big of a deal. A quick note for the management: the wall socket in my room could use a little TLC. It felt like it had seen better days, as it was a bit loose when I tried to charge my phone and laptop. A minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things, but it’s worth a mention! All in all, this stay was a delightful turnaround from our last visit. I’d say it was an overall pleasant experience, and I left with a much better taste in my mouth. Here’s to hoping my next visit continues this upward trend!

it was a very nice stay... hindi lang namin na check ung pool dahil pagod na, at the room we stay we can see out neighbors (okada and kingsford) super lapit din sa SM MOA AT AIRPORT! the place was perfect ! we booked the queen superior with view, maybe next time they can add a haircomb (disposable) nakalimutan ko akin then nag hanap ako wala and also they can also add robe but over all it was a great stay! the breakfast buffet also was fantastic!!!!

Stayed one night after visiting Boracay. I emailed them in advance and asked them to pick me up at the airport. It was room of coral wing of bottom category that stayed, but area and comfort are enough, too. There were 2 toilets. When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted a room on the sea side or the fountain side, so I chose the fountain side. After 6:00 p.m., we could see the fountain show that was held every hour from the living room and bathroom of the room. I can't hear the sound that much. The good points of the room are the large space for luggage, where you can go directly from the entrance, where there is a dresser with bright lights, where there is a non-slip at the bottom of the wide bathtub, where there is a bench in the shower room, And so on. The amenity has a good scent and the air volume of the dryer is sufficient. The touch of the bathrobe was also good. I had an early flight the next morning, so I asked the concierge to arrange a grab for me. . It was a reliable service.
