Accommodating staff! Clean and affordable rooms. The only thing is they have slow wifi and no cable. But overall, it was a good stay. We’ll definitely go back.

When I asked to change rooms, they were very helpful and free of charge. The hotel is on a staircase and each room has a window. You need to bring your own slippers. There is a large supermarket and Jollibee next to the hotel, making shopping and dining very convenient. The overall evaluation is good. The price is suitable for this experience. Recently, my family experienced a death in the family. With family members coming from various locations in the Philippines to flying in from different overseas countries, we selected Privato Makati as it is within walking distance to our families house. From the bottom of our hearts, we would like to thank the entire Privato Makati staff as well as the Privato Group to help accommodate our family during our time of mourning. I know it could not have been easy to handle various room changes, extensions, and allowing our family to use the Amalfi restaurant tables after restaurant hours so we could eat as a family. I would individually like to express my appreciation to Niña and Angela at the front desk. Niña absolutely went above and beyond explaining answers when we had a mix up with room reservations. Once again, thank you Privato Makati staff and the Privato Group.

It was easy to locate the Residence and it feels like home. I enjoyed my stay overall. and I will definitely recommend to others Work a bit more on the payment system for gaining access to the pool. I had to wait for about 30mins just to pay a fee

The service is excellent, staff are helpful. Having a mall nearby, variety of shop that can be able to fulfill your needs and wants. Having 24 hours convenient store, 4 mins walk to reach it. The television function is amazing, with the excellent WIFI, you can steam whatever you want.

A decent place to crash. I highly recommend staying here. The staffs are kind and courteous. Comfortable beds and great work area, although the WiFi is such a hassle. I would recommend to have your mobile data ready and stable. The shower room is so small (legit) it's like your standing in a coffin or sumn hahaha lol (I don't really mind tho). I would definitely book this place again. The place is great, but it still needs improvement. If you're looking for a comfy place to sleep I would suggest this place. Overall I would rate it a 3.8/5.

One of the best affordable at malinis at ang babait ng mga staff, at mabilis umaksiyon if may kailangan ka, tapos malapit sa sakayan ng jeep ng taxi at malapit sa lrt at mrt. Ang lapit pa sa mga mall☺️☺️☺️

My nth time booking on this hotel and it never fails me. I dont mind fading wall papers it doesnt affect the room. The staff are super friendly all of them. I like their quick guidelines i say its an improvement or i did t notice before some amenities are for request to save cost

My latest stay at the Savoy Hotel was much better compared to my last stay late of last year, which was more of a rollercoaster ride of mishaps. With the troubles we had with our room and the attending manager who seemed to have mastered the art of ignoring us while promising help that never materialized and just thinking he can just give his calling card and all will be fixed. Talk about a letdown! But this time? Smooth sailing all the way! From the moment I checked in, it felt like I was in a whole world? 😅 The staff—whether it was the friendly guards, the concierge, or the housekeeping crew—were like rays of sunshine. Polite, friendly, and genuinely eager to help, they made me feel right at home. And the breakfast wasn’t bad at all. Now, there was a bit of a hiccup with the pool being closed for at least two days due to a private event if I’m not mistaken. I mean, who doesn’t love a good swim to unwind? I had originally thought of lounging at the poolside, and splashing around, but alas, it wasn’t meant to be this time. With not many activities on my Manila agenda, I was hoping for a refreshing dip and some quality relaxation at the hotel. A little disappointing but wasn’t really a big of a deal. A quick note for the management: the wall socket in my room could use a little TLC. It felt like it had seen better days, as it was a bit loose when I tried to charge my phone and laptop. A minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things, but it’s worth a mention! All in all, this stay was a delightful turnaround from our last visit. I’d say it was an overall pleasant experience, and I left with a much better taste in my mouth. Here’s to hoping my next visit continues this upward trend!
