Though it was expensive due to convocation, the services were really good. Breakfast spread was delicious and any help needed they solve it immediately. Also they were sweet enough to pack small takeaway for our early journey which again was filling and tasty. I'm glad i could spend my convocation here and they made it memorable by giving me congratulatory cake and chocolates.

Stayed at Fortune Valley View for three days on a recent visit to the Manipal Institute of Comminication. The 55 year old hotel is professionally managed and impresses with its service. On the whole, the rooms, though not very large, are well appointed. However, i found the bathing area in the bathroom somewhat cramped. Rangoli restaurant serves excellent breakfast, with couple of local Mangalorean vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes also added to the fare. All in all, it is a comfortable hotel to stay in Manipal.

આ regular visitor to this hotel that is essentially a teaching institute 👌 the staff is just too caring and always eager to help you and make you happy and comfortable, I stay here often because my son studies in MIT Manipal, which is just nearby.....

Breakfast is amazing specially when chef comes personally and take the review from us and service is good as well...we keep on coming quite often to Manipal as my son is studying in MIT....we find very very friendly atmosphere at fortune valley resort

Other facilities in the hotel are ok. But bath and toiletry area is very very narrow. While turning after bath, we will not be able to avoid wet curtain touch there by rendering body getting damp again.
