El hotel en sí perfecto, habitación cómoda y ubicación correcta. Lo peor, el trato del señor de recepción (turno de tarde días 8 y 9). Seco y antipático…si no disfrutas de tu trabajo no deberías estar cara al público! La señorita de la mañana en cambio un amor y atenta en todo. No volvería solo por la atención, una lástima.

Upon checking in we found roaches in the headboard & pillows in 3 of the 4 rooms reserved. Broke & leaking A/C in another room. To make matters worse they have a strict towel limit to 2 per room! When asked for 2 more towels they said it was the max towel allowance per room! non-negotiable! HOW???? The bread at the breakfast buffet had mold; eggs in the tray had turned green from being there for so long. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Everything was well except the lady at the front. Maybe the only lady in the reception but horrible service from her and was disrespectful. Everything else exceptional.
