Awesome experience. Excellent service. Customer relationship was good. All the staffs were very cordial. They were approachable at any given point. Staffs were friendly and smiling always. We were in this resort in the last week of Nov. Our booking was for early oct, but due to some personal issues we postponed it to Nov and the resort staff very willingly obliged. From the beginning we got such great service,the check in was smooth and fast. The Bermuda villa we stayed in was great. It was surrounded by trees and an artificial lake with ducks in it. It gave such a pleasant feeling that it actually felt like heaven on earth. The room service was great ,with prompt service, for cleaning the room, or when you ask them for tea coffee sachet which is unlimited as also the bottles of water. The resort has a battery van operating inside the resort,just in case you don't want to walk. Lots of indoor activities were also there,and a great pollution free walking experience for everyone. The food and pricing also requires a thumbs up, especially the "meen varuval", "mutton sukha" "chicken biryani" , the lavish spread of breakfast. Hats off to the chef. Each and every person from the staff we interacted with was courteous, helpful and supportive. A special mention to Alim at the bar, Sujiv and his support staff in housekeeping, Gurunath and his support staff at the restaurant Pilot Singh who took our booking, and Mr Murugan and all others at the reception, the security guards at the gate towards the beach, who so lovingly helped us clean the shells we picked up from the beach. A very special mention of the extra attention we got when there was a wedding in the premises and probably we were the only guests in the resort ( they did not let us feel lost and alone) Thanks for making our trip a memorable one.

It was the pleasant stay at ocean spray. resort we had a great family time and breakfast was just delicious and the staffs are very polite and quick response. we had a great welcome at reception and it was the overall experience we would like to visit again Thank you team Ocean spray resort

Excellent and marvelous trip. Service and cleanliness are the best part. Especially I enjoyed the candle light dinner with ma family and we really surprised a lot. Anwar makes our candle light dinner more memorable with his service and super friendly experience

We had the pleasant stay with our team and staffs are very supportive. The food and arrangements were good. Thanks to Ravi and Bala. The event coordinator Raja had engaged is very well and we had a great team building session. Thanks to him as well. The sales coordinator Selvi had coordinated and ensured we had a pleasant stay. Overall a great stay to remember !!

Good service and room. Offered a complementary birthday cake that made our stay there special. Swimming pool was well maintained. Food at their restaurant is easily the best thing about our stay there. Awesome food all round. Stayed there for one night. Would recommend and plan to visit again if another opportunity comes.
