Amazing stay. The attention to every detail and customer needs is excellent. Even needs we didn't even know we had... For example, asking for route suggestions for a walk, and they promptly provided a bottle of water and some apples for the children... Very pleasant swimming pool, services that made us feel at home. Exceptional restaurant, where I ate one of the best desserts of my life. Fantastic!

We stayed 3 nights in this Scandinavian design hotel. Everything was perfect from the welcome to breakfast, afternoon tea and especially dinner. It was delicious. It was my birthday and I was surprised to have a cake and 2 glasses of champagne in my room. J The place is a haven of peace, tranquility at an altitude of 2000 meters with an impressive view of the mountains of the Serra da Estrella. The staff is charming from the cleaning lady to the people in the restaurant and reception. Special mention for Carlos and Raffaelo who were professional without forgetting all the others. Rooms cleaned twice a day. Coffee and tea available all day. Afternoon tea from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and aperitif every evening. All this included in the price. Dinner is divine. A little expensive but delicious 😋. And above all, total relaxation. Swimming pool heated to 31 degrees. Room not very big but you feel good there. Super comfortable bedding. I will return with great pleasure. I had a hard time leaving because we were so happy.

Simply perfect. We stayed in the suite, spacious, clean, really comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and constantly available. We were used to always staying at H2O, however, due to the drop in service quality, we decided to choose another place and to our surprise it was an excellent choice. I have no words to thank the staff, how many nice people work there, please continue acting this way and making guests feel embraced, one of them even told us to feel at home and that was the feeling we had. We met other couples who were staying there, we had dinner together, the atmosphere was pleasant, the food was well prepared, there was an afternoon snack, cocktails before dinner, turndown service, little extras that made all the difference. We were also lucky with the incredible weather, the view from the room with the snowy landscape, the massage at the spa at a fair price. We are sure that we will return, we already have a date scheduled, I hope they maintain this quality.

Beautiful peaceful location with excellent staff. Very small bedroom but numerous lounge areas which would make it very suitable for groups of family or friends.
Paid for a mountain view but couldn't see them because trees obstructed the view.
