El trato con la encargada fue frustrarte por la mala predisposición de la misma hacia nosotros. Se les pidió a la conserjería y a la mucama que NO queríamos servicio de habitación, pues bien, entraron sin nuestro permiso y NOS ROBARON 150 EUROS DE LA CARTERA DE MI SRA. HABIENDO HECHO EL RECLAMO, SE LAVARON LAS MANOS SIN HACERSE RESPONSABLES YA QUE LA PERSONA QUE ENTRÓ A NUESTRA HABITACIÓN, ES LA LADRONA Y A ESTA LADRONA LA MANDARON DESDE LA CONSERJERÍA, OSEA DON TODOS COMPICES = LADRONES. Une situation parfaite, au cœur de la ville, un « palazzo » ancien « restructuré » comme savent si bien le faire les Italiens, autour d’un agréable patio (dommage que toutes les plantes ne soient pas naturelles !). C’est une dépendance de l’Hôtel dei Gonzaga tout proche où se prend le petit-déjeuner (buffet abondant et varié). Accueil sympathique, chambre confortable, déco minimaliste mais rien ne manque. Idéal pour découvrir les beautés de la ville et au-delà : si l’on est en voiture, l’hôtel dispose d’un parking souterrain relié par ascenseur.

Dejlig sted i hjertet af byen med udsigt ud over torvet. Vi kom en søndag, hvor der var voldsomt mange turister, havde svært ved, at finde hotellet. Det er ret svært med bil, men med hjælp fra en sød dame på hotellet, fandt vi en P plads.

Très bonne qualité-prix. Propre, confortable, bien tenu. Bon service, tous très gentils, près de toutes les attractions. On était deux couples et on l’a aimé beaucoup. Lits confortables, salle de bain petite mais suffisante pour une nuit.

Collocato subito nei pressi di piazza Sordello, c'è l'opportunità offerta da questo albergo, facente parte della catena dei Mategna Hotels: qui, nello specifico, satellite del centralissimo Gonzaga Hotel. Le camere sono piuttosto spartane ma ordinate e complessivamente pulite. La colazione non è compresa nel prezzo, ma fruibile solo previa anticipata prenotazione. Essendo questo ricavato in un palazzo storico, presenta ancora barriere architettoniche e spazi angusti per gli eventuali portatori di handicap. Non essendo un albergo stellato, non mi sento di aggiungere ulteriori stelle a quelle già affibbiate. Giudizio comunque positivo.

la struttura sostitutiva era molto bella proprio di fronte al palazzo ducale, , non ancora inaugurata, unica pecca essendo muri spessi non c'era campo per telefonare e ricevere le telefonate ma penso che non essendo ancora in attività risolveranno il problema con un wi-fi appena inaugureranno il tutto
