Our suite was large and so comfortable for the four of us. It was beautifully appointed with a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. All of the Los Altos staff are attentive, friendly, and do their best to make sure you’re happy. They arranged transportation to and from the airport and all our excursions. We enjoyed our tours/activities (zip lining, kayaking, hiking) and appreciated their help selecting great companies. The restaurant was a great place to start the day with the jugo del día. The restaurant staff are friendly and made us feel welcome every morning. The food was great and the chefs really know how to prepare fish, it was spot on. The wildlife on property was amazing— scarlet macaws, sloths, monkeys, and toucans. You can take a guided hike around the property and explore the surrounding jungle. It’s a beautiful place!

We had an amazing family vacation at Los Altos. Our garden suite was nearly 2600sq ft with well appointed furnishings and amenities. The staff attention to detail is unprecedented. The front desk staff including Sebastian, Gustavo and others made our entire family feel welcome and appreciated. For example, I wanted to take the bus into Quepos and back from Espadilla beach (not a taxi) and Sebastian “walked me through the process”. I needed this since I do not speak Spanish. He made sure I had the correct amounts of colones etc. This is just one example of many instances where the staff went above and beyond for our family. Our son celebrated his birthday during our trip and unbeknownst to us, a personalized birthday cake was delivered to our suite in celebration. What a nice touch. The LOCATION CAN’T BE BEAT! The resort is manned 24/7 with gated security. Immediately out of the resort are countless restaurants and cafes, tourist shops, ice cream shop, super market, ATM and bus stop directly in front of the resort all of which you can safely walk to. All of these locations I describe are ＜ 5 minutes walk from your room on the resort….it couldn’t be a better location!! This is highly unusual to have this much accessibility in Manuel Antonio. We had many excursions arranged prior to our arrival but once again the front staff helped us arrange additional activities and provided us recommendations on dining options as well. The pool has breathtaking views and wonderful service from the poolside bar and cafe. You’ll likely see monkeys, iguanas and agoutis on property during your stay which was delightful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOS ALTOS. 5 out of 5 STARS!

Beautiful view, everyone is very nice, awesome place. Pool was really refreshing too, and the hot tubs were great as well. Private beach that you can get food delivered to is as it sounds - amazing. Sloths right near the beach and pool area and monkeys and macaws too, truly great.

We had a great time at Los Alltos. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, the room was spacious and impeccably clean. We had a great day on the private beach, playing in the ocean and hanging out with a sloth and her baby. We saw monkeys and scarlet macaws from our balcony which overlooked the jungle and the ocean. Amazing!!

My wife and I were here with three sons. Was a fantastic experience, and the hotel, the people, and the feed were perfect. Sebastien welcomed us and was amazing the entire 5 days. The mom and baby sloth at the beach was an incredible thing to see. Would highly recommend Los Altos!!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing week at Los Altos. We stayed in one of the town houses which had an incredible view of the jungle and ocean. The concierge service was excellent and we felt welcomed from the second we got there. Andrey and Christian helped with daily plans to ensure we have transport for excursions and plans for breakfast and dinner. We had the private chef dinner with Chef Paula Oliva which was incredible. Every dish was delicious and Paula was kind enough to coordinate the meal so that I could propose to my girlfriend during the dinner. She even helped the photographer (Karina Ocampo) pretend to be a sous-chef so as not to ruin the surprise. It was truly a special night and we are very thankful to the entire team at Los Altos!

Excellent séjour en famille, nous ne regrettons pas notre choix; Personnel d'une amabilité incroyable, attentif et toujours à l'écoute des clients. Chambres très confortables, service de Majordome discret et efficace . Le resort offre de belles installations, dommage que nous ne puissions pas profiter du nouveau spa qui ouvrira bientôt et du Coffee shop pas tout à fait terminé. Vue idyllique depuis la terrasse de la piscina sous les parasols....au top .Nous reviendrons rapidement, prix très raisonnable compte tenue de la qualité de l'établissement; Nous avons appréciez le détail reçu pour le jour de Noel . Bravo à toute l'équipe

The second leg of our amazing trip in Costa Rica was spent at Los Altos. We are a family of 4 - a 5 year old and 3 year old and the garden suite condo was perfect for us. Everyone had their own room and it felt secluded enough that we weren’t worried we were bothering other people with noise. All of the staff at the resort were amazing and so helpful from helping us get taxis and answering questions to even surprising our 5 year old with a birthday cake on his birthday. The location was beautiful and peaceful - we loved the pool area with the overlook to the ocean and saw so many cool birds while out and about. We ate at the restaurant there every morning for breakfast and it was so delicious - my favorite was the great fruit and chocolate filled croissants. All the staff was approachable and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed when we needed it and we felt right at home. The last day I tried out the private beach by myself and it was secluded and private which was perfect for wanting peace and quiet. Everything felt clean and inviting wherever you were in the hotel. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a place in Manuel Antonio or with a young family.
