度假區風景宜人，沙灘海邊椰樹，很多打卡地，可以拍照📷感覺來到了東南亞，跨年夜煙花表演太精彩，房間寬敞又舒適，前台小宗服務很周到，很適合一家人過來度假旅遊

今年已經第二次入住浪漫海岸。跨年夜很不容易才訂到一間房。客服做得很體貼，特別是前台《宗娥》客服，入住前一天就打電話給我告知入住需要注意事項，讓加了微信給我發了辦入住指引圖，辦完入住手續還發了吃飯的時間地點和酒店內的娛樂營業時間及地點，居然連打卡每個最佳時間與地點都給整理好發給我們……不論是白天的景色還是晩上的夜景，真的都佷美。房間也佷整潔乾淨。

風景不錯 經常住喜來登 這一家是服務最用心的 管家小宗提前聯繫告知煙火晚會注意事項 怕我找不到酒店 很細心的準備了攻略以及表演項目。checkin時候居然發現網友見面了。退房的時候主動為我做了延房，沒有打擾，非常細緻 好評

聖誕節心血來潮看到茂名浪漫海岸有舉行煙花秀/演唱會，於是乎就來了一場説走就走的旅行！從開始訂房諮詢到退房當天都有工作人員跟進，約高鐵接駁車，介紹活動流程，甚至乎怎麼取煙花秀/演唱會門票都有圖示及文字説明，感受到了他們的貼心服務，尤其是小宗整體都是有問必答；整個跨年晚會也很出彩，煙花真的很美，當然身邊的人更美哈哈哈，浪漫海岸喜來登整體入住感受不錯，設施方面如果更好的話就更完美了，衞生情況也很不錯，我們跨年回來整體都是乾乾淨淨的，讓人感覺很舒服，早餐也很豐盛，如果有機會再來玩耍，嘻嘻
