The hotel's location is excellent, with a Wanda Plaza just an 8-minute walk away, offering a wide range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The parking lot has charging stations, which is great for new energy vehicles. The service was also very thoughtful; the lobby manager noticed we were checking in with a child and proactively provided kids' toiletries, slippers, and a beach toy set. Although the hotel isn't massive, it's a small but perfectly formed establishment. They offer free laundry service, a gym, and a self-service breakfast with a good variety of dishes and decent quality. Overall, it's a fantastic stay!

I had planned to visit in April, hoping for fewer crowds and pleasant weather. However, it seemed there were too few visitors, as many attractions were closed. The hotel restaurant was still serving its Chinese New Year menu, which was disappointingly bad. It felt like such a waste of a great beachfront location.

The front desk staff was gentle and efficient, and there was no waiting for the whole check-in process. The room was cleaned very clean, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and it was very comfortable to lie down and fall asleep quickly. The hotel is conveniently located and it is very convenient to travel and eat. If you order takeaway, the robot will deliver food safely and quickly, the public area is quiet and tidy, the laundry and gym are complete, there is free porridge at night, the sound insulation is also good, and the rest is not disturbed at night. Very good value for money, recommended stay

Breakfast arrangement is a little bit weird but after communicating with help desk we are happy with the new arrangement at the end.

I chose this hotel because it's right on the beach. Once I got to my room, I saw the balcony faced the ocean, offering an unobstructed view of the sea and sky – it really doubled the enjoyment of my trip! 👍👍👍 The hotel's shuttle service also made getting around so much easier for this trip! 👍👍👍 The front desk lady and the shuttle driver provided really warm and thoughtful service. 🌹🌹🌹 I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Initially, I stayed in a ground-floor courtyard room. It rained for the past two days, and I saw geckos outside, which is understandable. However, there were two large cockroaches in my room! I called the front desk multiple times in the early morning, but no one answered. Eventually, I went to the front desk and requested a room change. While there were no more cockroaches in the new room, I still saw geckos. I didn't even dare to use the private hot spring on the balcony. Summary: Facilities: They're okay, but the hotel pool has no shade. Hygiene: The ground-floor rooms seem to be a bit worse; at least I encountered cockroaches. The higher floors also have geckos, and a previous guest's bag wasn't cleaned out. Environment: It's quite secluded and quiet, suitable for relaxation. However, because it's so remote, there are no delivery services nearby, so you have to eat at the hotel. Service: The service was good. The front desk patiently resolved the issue and offered fruit as compensation.

Facilities: The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are very new. Cleanliness: From the parking lot to the hotel lobby, guest rooms, gym, laundry room, and restaurant, everything was very clean and tidy. Service: The staff were warm and attentive. The capsule coffee in the room was great. The room also had a garment steamer and a mini-fridge, which was perfect for storing fruit I bought outside that I hadn't eaten yet. The little robot that delivered things promptly was very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, with fresh fruit and a wide variety of dishes; the pineapple bun and cranberry bun were delicious. The staff promptly brought my laundry back to my room. When I got a split nail, the staff thoughtfully provided nail clippers, and they even gave me a small gift when I checked out. Overall, a great experience.

The room lacked proper towel storage; face towels were unhygienically placed right next to the drain pipe, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom drainage was poor, causing water to pool around the toilet area. Breakfast was terrible: the dishes were carelessly prepared, variety was scarce, and even the hard-boiled eggs weren't fresh. Many guests were also using their bare hands to pick up food, which was unhygienic. Furthermore, the swimming pool's safety barriers were poorly designed.

Parking is available right at the entrance, plus there's an underground garage, making it as convenient as coming home! The room was spotless and well-organized, with attention to every detail. The bedding had a subtle, fresh scent, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep. The staff provided cheerful service throughout, being both welcoming and unobtrusive. They even thoughtfully prepared welcome drinks for us upon check-in. The location is great for dining and shopping, and the value for money is absolutely incredible. I've already recommended it to my friends!
