Me alojé en una habitación del 4to piso, interna. Llegar a la habitación fue bastante caótico, laberinto de pasillos, no están bien señalizados, caminé como 300 metros dando vueltas hasta que la encontré... no entiendo cómo no envian a los pasajeros acompañados para llegar bien a la habitación. Me encontré con otras personas enojadas por el mismo motivo. El desayuno es discreto. Por el precio abonado me parece alto en relación al servicio ofrecido.

Muy respetable, sumamente higienico, el desayuno bastante completo,. las facturas dulces una delicia. Todo muy fresco. sigan conservando y mejorando sin aflojar. Las piscinas nos funcionaban el jacuzzi, espero lo puedan resolver, en cuanto al agua de las piscinas, bastante limpias.

Excelente toda la estadía.. Lo único que puedo decir, es el tema de balneario…queríamos ir a tomar sol afuera, no está incluido dentro de la estadía y te cobrar un extra. Creo que sumaría mucho, el que esté incluido dentro de la estadía. Desayunó, perfecto. Habitaciones hermosas y limpias. Excelente atención. Estacionamiento cómodo.

El hotel es emblemático pero lamentablemente no del todo bien mantenido. Las habitaciones superior no tienen nada de superior ya que están algo gastadas en pisos y paredes así como su viejo mobiliario. La ducha es para gente de no más de un metro sesenta sino te golpeas la cabeza. La cerradura de la habitación fallaba de tanto en tanto. El estacionamiento te lo cobran aparte. Si quieres ir a la piscina también debes pagar aparte. El desayuno no incluye huevos revueltos por ejemplo, si los quieres también pagas adicional….en suma, muy caro para lo que ofrece. Cobra tarifas internacionales por un servicio reducido y vetusto.

el hotel muy lindo la limpieza bien lastima el desayuno muy pobre y nunca me paso que tenga costo aparte los huevos revueltos es de no creer, estuve en un monton de hoteles de distintas categorias y nunca me paso esto. el horel no esta a la altura de un 5* es nuesta opinion tienen que arreglar ese tema

El hotel es amplio y comfortable, habitaciones espaciosas. Buen servicio de spa y gimnasio. Personal atento y amable. Mi única crítica es al desayuno continental, es de mala calidad, poco variado y escazo. Unicamemnte ofrecen facturas, una opcion de jamon y queso , un jugo industrializado, cafe torrado y te de terceras marcas. Deberian volver al desayuno buffet o al menos mejorar la calidad y opciones disponibles que todo hotel de la cadena NH suele tener en cualquier país donde uno viaja.

Desde el primer momento tuvimos problemas, pésimo servicio e instalaciones. El desayuno mediocre, tenías que pagar extra si querías huevos o jugo. Baño sin ventilación, sin batas. Entre muchas otras cosas decidimos irnos antes a otro hotel de mejor calidad y menos estrellas. Sin duda la peor experiencia en un 5 estrellas Pd no andaba el hidromasaje y no había gente reparandolo
