空調製熱毫無作用，半夜冷得睡不着；問前台拿多兩條被子（我們有兩個人）被告知衹能白天給，硬生生凍了一晚上，第二天衹給了一條毯子；讓工作人員給修空調也毫無作用；早餐很一般。

入到房發現很多昆蟲，有飛的，有爬的。要求換房被拒，只給一支殺蟲水，自己處理，並要求盡快歸還，以便其他房客使用，酒店設施殘舊，浴室抽氣扇電制脫落不能使用，沐浴間不能去水，沖一分鐘便浸到腳踝，需待去水後才能再沐浴，沖下停下，分左7，8段時間才沖完。最惨是床有蝨子咬，三人睡到半夜，痕癢到不能入睡，早上早早走人。

Hotel near the central station of Mestre, convenient for getting to Venice Santa Lucia and for the buses to the airport. Neat and minimal, friendly and helpful staff. for the price it is absolutely worth it.

Pessima esperienza. Camere datate e per niente curate, alcuni elementi addirittura rotti ( doccia telefono, porta asciugamani, un buco nella parete). Zona molto trascurate e poco sicura. Colazione pessima, qualità scarsa e personale poco professionale tratti scortese. Non mi sono trovata per niente bene. Sconsiglio

Questo albergo è semplice, pulito, comodo e ha un ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo - che nella laguna di Venezia purtroppo spesso manca. A 3 minuti scarsi di cammino dalla stazione FS di Mestre, in una zona sicura e tranquilla (che ora come ora a Mestre purtroppo non è scontato!). Non è certo di lusso, non è chic ma offre a chi non può spendere le cifre purtroppo ormai folli di Venezia un luogo decente, pulito e decoroso con uno staff gentilissimo e un'ubicazione ottima (in 15 minuti a piedi e con Treno FS si arriva a Santa Lucia) un luogo perfetto.

Soggiorno di 1 notte trovato all ultimo momento!! Ottimo per la posizione vicino alla stazione che si raggiunge a piedi in 7 minuti circa attraversando un sottopassaggio ma comunque per raggiungere Venezia ancora più comodo c'è e il bus che ferma proprio davanti l hotel e si può utilizzare con il giornaliero di ACTV . Colazione buona con molta scelta, molto gentili i receptionist , camere piccole ma pulite , lo consiglio soprattutto per il prezzo almeno in questo periodo su booking 61€ doppia con colazione .

Abbiamo soggiornato con un Regalbox e sinceramente certe critiche assurde proprio non le capisco, per lo stesso hotel su un sito trovi recensioni da paura, tanto da spaventare la gente e su un altro ottime. Credo che questa mania delle recensioni ormai stia andando "oltre" ... Personalmente ci siamo trovati bene, la camera era più grande di tante altre, moderna, pulita, la colazione buona e abbondante ed il personale gentile. Fantastica la posizione. Se poi certe persone vogliono un trattamento da Grand Hotel, basta pagare.
