Это был один из лучший отелей в которых я побывала,а побывала я во многих.Мой отдых был на 15 дней,он включал в себя и лечение. Отзыв может получиться очень длинным если я опишу все,постараюсь покороче. Место очень с очень богатой историей,как город так и отель,я выбирала между Карловыми Варами и Марианскими Лазнями,я люблю тишину,не люблю большие скопление людей,мне важен хороший сервис,и красивая природа,я пришла к выводу что Марианские Лазни более подходящие для меня.Отель превзошел все мои ожидания.Сервис на самом высоком уровне,номера также,весь персонал очень отзывчив.Еда в ресторане очень разнообразна очень свежая и невероятно вкусная!Процедуры конечно на высшем уровне.Буду приходить именно в этот отель 2 раза в год!Обязательно к посещению всем!

Staff were really helpful, spa treatments were fantastic, Roman pools and sauna were amazing Dimitri from guest relations was so helpful.
Staff in dining room were especially helpful, our waitresses were amazing .

Excellent hotel with excellent medical treatment. Thanks to management for such a professional staff. Especially want to mention our waitress Julia, she worked very fast, very professional, dirty dishes on our table were gone literally in minutes, she is the best. Our massager Koutecka J. was excellent, I felt rejuvenating after her professional work. Our maid Veronika kept our room in such a clean and a good order that we felt ourselves like in really 5 stars hotel. Also special thanks to the reservation department under management of Ostap Makarchuk who reserved for us room that we asked. We liked restaurant and treatments. All in all hotel deserves 5 stars. The only minor wish is to replace the old TVs in the room with the smart TVs.

Супер сервис, с первой минуты.Оформление быстро, парковка удобная . Тихая комната, не слышно соседей вообще. В комнате чайник и пакетики с чаем и кофе. Чисто , очень чисто, придраться не к чему. В ванной шапочки, гель для душа, лосьон для тела, шампунь. В номере халаты, тапочки и сумочка с полотенцем для процедуры.Уборка номера каждый день. Процедуры по расписанию, очередь не видела. Нарекания по кухне: еда еле теплая, то картофель сырой внутри, то свинина пересушенная, гречка запаренная ,а не отварная. Официанты работают супер, вообще персонал отличный.

Wunderschönes Hotel im romanischen Stil. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Auszeit und haben den Spa Bereich sehr genossen.
Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Restaurant und die Bar nagelneu und schön!
Einziger Negativpunkt:
Abendessen gibt es nur bis 20:30 Uhr und die Bar hat nur bis 23 Uhr bzw. 22 Uhr am Sonntag geöffnet.
Wir empfanden das als viel zu früh und zu kurz. Lieber etwas später beginnen und dafür länger. Schließlich sind nicht nur Kurgäste da, sondern auch Touristen.
Generell findet man ab 20:30 nur sehr schwer noch ein Restaurant in Marienbad.

Uns haben die Aufgusse gefehlt.
Wenig Auswahl an süßen Gebäck, Torten oder Kuchen.
Das erste von sehr sehr vielen Hotels, wo man für Kaffee oder Tee am Abendessen bezahlen muss. Ansonsten sind ja überall teuere Kaffeemaschine wo man selbst holen kann.
Service war aber wirklich gut.
