El hotel es lindo, habitaciones limpias, la comida agradable, muy bien ubicado, aire acondicionado full, pero tiene muchas cosas que mejorar. De 5 días que fui SOLO pude disfrutar de la piscina 2 días, nos decían que estaba en mantenimiento y luego que tenían dañados los filtros. Los únicos 2 días que funcionó nos mandaron a salir de la piscina a las 10 pm, ni siquiera compensaron en los días que se podía usar. En el buffet el encargado de hacer las panquecas y omelettes es MUY grosero y falta de respeto, a mí me dijo " se dice buenos días primero" cuando ordené mi comida y a mi pareja le dijo "abusador" porque se sirvió varias proteínas. El cocinero es un señor alto, moreno, como de 40-50 años y un poco rellenito. Yo lo sacaría del hotel o lo cambiaría a un puesto donde no tenga contacto con los huéspedes, por esta razón no tienen 5 estrellas para mí La atención en recepción si es excelente, muy atentas a cualquier requerimiento del huésped.

Muy buena atención de su personal, excelente ambiente y confortables habitaciones, recomendado! Vine de viaje de negocios y para descansar es muy buen sitio, además mucha seguridad y la comida perfecta, no dejes de visitarlo en tu estadía en la isla de margarita

El hotel es muy acogedor. Todos los trabajadores son muy atentos y muy amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea necesario. La comida es deliciosa. Lo recomiendo a todos. La camarera siempre dejaba la habitación bien bonita. Jeferson en el restaurante muy atento, Ruth, y en general todos son muy buenos. Pienso regresar pronto.

I loved that hotel. The room was very clean, with refrigerator, microwave, and all you need, and very comfortable.. the pool was very clean... the food was very delicious, and the worker were very kind... I'd like to come back soon if God wants...

Excelentes vacaciones familiares, el hotel cuenta con servicio de electricidad y agua permanente, haciendo muy agradable la estadía, cómoda suite de 6 personas, bien mantenida en cuanto a mobiliario y electrodomésticos, nos fueron suministrados los utensilios solicitados, como: cafetera, budare, cuchillos para cortes de carnes. Excelente mantenimiento de piscina y jardines, personal muy atento, mantenimiento diario de habitación y cambio de toallas. Muy cercano a uno de los mejores centros comerciales de la zona el CC La Vela, variedad de restaurantes cercanos, fácil acceso a playas. Excelente ubicación del hotel, donde se encuentran muy cerca farmacias, supermercados y otras amenidades.

Me gustó porque estaba limpio, el personal súper amable y se adaptan a tus necesidades. Si no tienes auto, tienen club de playa cerca y te llevan y traen con toldos y sillas incluidos. Queda a pasos del centro comercial más nuevo y bonito de la isla

Hotel amplio, personal muy amable, desayuno variado, puede incluirlo o no. Buena piscina, siempre higiénica. Amplios espacios. El restaurante tiene un menú corto, pero está rico. El personal muy amable, el señor Jesús de la churuata y todo el personal del buffet.
