My toilet smell was very bad. Like sewage smell. Then I wanted to show my wife my room but wasn’t allowed even tho I said you can come with me. Also breakfast can be better

Bir kere personelin bir iki dışında personel iyidi. Ama o da berbat. Banyo da duşun kapısı yok ve yeri öyle kötü ki her yer su oluyor. Odalarda ses çok. Hele ki asansöre yakın odaydıö. Aslında tatilimiz ***et iyi başlamıştı ta ki yemek alanı sorumlusunun bizden ücret talep ettiği duruma kadar. Odalar geniş tuvalet küçük ve kötü kokuyordu. Havalandırma yoktu.

Hayal kırıklığı:)
Kahvaltı daki çeşit çok az.Bir peyniri üç farklı şekil de keserek setvis etmişler.Zeytinler erimiş.Domates,salatalık özensiz kesilmiş şekilde.Öğlen ve akşam yemeklerinde bol bol tavuk eti yine karşınıza üç,dört şekil de çıkıyor.Haşlama,kavurma,ızgara:) Kırmızı eti unutun:) Ara da donuk hamburger,şinitsel,döner veriyorlar.Gelelim bar kısmına.Tezgahlar,bardaklar,kullanılan alet edavat leş gibi.Bütün bardaklar lekeli ve evirip çevirip herkes aynı bardakları kullanıyor.Tuvalet kağıtları tek kat.Döndür Allah döndür :) Havuz küçücük.Hiç yüzmedik.Güzel olan tek şey odadaki klimaydı:)Hiç tavsiye etmem.

Reasonable hotel for the price
Good things:
Friendly staff
Stunning sea and mountains view from forrh floor facing the sea
Good size and clean swimming pool
Convenient location- not far from beach and 10 min from centre by a shuttle
Food: average quality and choice. I booked all inclusive for 2x nights and got bored and change to B&B on third and last night
Below expectation and things to improve:
No Internet connection at all in my room, this is unacceptable for 4* hotel. Especially when your booking based on free wifi in your room.
I noticed People jump into swimming pool without taking a shower. I think the hotel staff should emphasise this for hygiene
In my room water stream in the bathroom was so weak that i couldn't take a shower or flash the toilet. I changed the room and the problem remained
Overall it's good hotel and i would recommend

For a 4 star hotel very poor, food was cold had to heat it up in the microwave, no wifi, no entertainment. Had no hot water for three days, toilet leaked everytime you flushed it. Wild Boar roaming around hotel at night. Very disappointing as first time in Turkey.

absolutely awful staff are rude not helpful. the cleanliness of hotel is awful they barely clean your room never mopped once for the week we were there got food poisoning from there the first night. all inclusive not true they cut off facilities before allocated cut off time so you don't get things as basic as water. definitely avoid at all costs.
