This is the second time and I'm very happy, I am a terribly manic person And in this hotel I was very satisfied with all the services From arrival to departure. If there is something to say!!! For me it would be the top quality distinction.

We checked in to our deluxe room, and it was a horrible stay. First off, the deluxe room building is the furthest building away from the hotel, and by the time we get to our room, the view from our balcony is of a construction site and parking lot. Our room had a particularly strong vinegar smell to it, and we asked to move rooms. We were told that every deluxe room was sold out and we would be able to move rooms the next day. Next day comes around and we didn’t hear from the hotel. Every call to guest services took at least 3-5 minutes until someone answered or called back. We also came back to our hotel room unlocked, and it seemed housekeeping didn’t truly close our door when they cleaned it. On our last night, the A/C didn’t seem to work. We called guest services and the lady I spoke to told me that it was turned off for the whole hotel. When asked why or when will it be turned back on, she abruptly interrupts me and says I’m transferring you to the front desk. I waited for at least 2 minutes on the phone before someone from the front desk to answer my call, and he informs me that someone will come check our A/C. We love staying at different hotels in different countries and had no issues with other hotels in Marrakech, however, our stay at Movenpick was very underwhelming and staff didn’t seem to care at all. This has been a very awful experience, and hope that the hotel management can make a much better experience and improvement for others.

Everything was simply top notch, breakfast buffet, dinner buffet, the heated pool and and the gym, an amazing stay, can't ask for more. We're actually planning to return next week. We left our phone charger behind, so I hope they will read this comment and keep it until we get there.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

Nice trip with mostly good service.. we had a very nice time in this Riad ( our first experience of a Riad). I will list the negative points first. We booked this holiday through Easyjet after our original hotel booking had to be changed. We did not realise the room was budget room no 13 ..1st floor. The room was dark, the Tv did not work as there was an issue with the Satellite for the whole of our trip.. the beds were very hard and the room was very small with little storage for clothes. We pre ordered an evening meal however we did not receive our tea/coffee and the waiter ignored us and went to sit and chat with his friends on another table. The lack of English by the staff was an problem. The breakfast tea ( mint) was not nice it was over stewed. We booked treatments in the SPA and the booking was incorrectly taken. Thus the result was a foot massage instead of a head massage, although this was still charged for. The booking times were also altered from 90 minutes to 60 minutes without consulting with me.. The matter was brought to the attention of the manager but he did not seem interested. Issue with currency and use of card. This initially was a problem as the hotel did not offer a conversion service and seemed reluctant to accept card. We had to walk into the center to find a conversion shop and queue for 30 minutes. One final issue,, we were concerned for the welfare of the street cats some of whom had eye issues possibly cat flu. While we did not see any cruelty directly towards these beautiful creatures we were upset at how they seem to be ignored and barely tolerated.... it is worth noting that we are all deserving of kindness and medical treatment. Positive points. The air con was excellent, there was little noise at night only the call to prayers at 5.25 in the mornings. The night manager did provide us with blankets to improve the quality of the beds. We could pay the bill using Credit card. We received a nice mint tea and biscuits when we arrived with a detailed map. The Berber evening meal was interesting as was the lunch. The Riad settling was very pretty and cool. There were sunbeds to sit out on to catch some sun if needed. We had a fantastic 3 hour walking guide around the old city which was amazing. There was plenty of water for showers and the Riad was very clean. there were also 2 very friendly puss cats in the hotel.

The location is great, everything is nice and neat without going into luxury (which is to be expected for the price point), the staff is also super helpful plus the included breakfast is a nice touch (during my stay it was coffee/tea/orange juice with bread/pancakes and honey/jam/butter) - together with the tours that you can book directly (I also had a great experience with the driver and the guide) makes it so you have few things to worry about during your stay. The bathroom set-up is also clean and well put together which is a huge plus. Loved the terraces as well. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is in a very narrow street, which is basically the case with hotels here. One problem is that there is a lot of movement and a bit noisy in the hotel before eight o'clock every morning. Service: Service is average Environment: The environment is not very good, Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, Facilities: The breakfast is rubbish, with very few choices and not even an egg.

We have just had a great week at Sol Oasis. I've had to drop a star due to this hotel not having a courtesy room, for anyone with a late check out. You can ask what the availability is to keep your room on for extra at 100Drms per hour, but as we found out, they had no availability therefore we had to check out at 12pm & told to shower by the pool & change in the toilets, we weren't leaving until 18:45. This put a dampener on the brilliant week we had had, the manager was nice & let us keep the room until 2pm & was apologetic, but we didn'tfeel clean leaving after a day sunbathing. The hotel is approx 25 mins drive into Marrakech, which suited us as it can be a chaotic place to visit, the hotel provides a free shuttlebus, that was efficient (You have to book in advance via a QR code). The room we had was quite small but clean, comfortable and OK for 1 week. Safe, toiletries, hairdryer provided. An outdoor rail for towels would be of use and maybe hooks on the walls for additional storage solution indoors or more coathangers. The food was of a good standard and plenty to choose from, running throughout the day. The stone baked pizzas are lovely as well as the sandwiches at lunch. We did try the Spanish restaurant, but be aware if you want any additional tapas you have to pay for it, along with alcoholic drinks, personally I'd just stick to the buffet as we didn't feel it was worth paying the extra and my husband was still hungry when we left. The indoor bar does GREAT QUALITY cocktails!! Some of the best Mojitos we have ever had. The outdoor bar is a lot busier therefore the standard drops quite significantly. We had a couple of orders wrong, one being Tequilla & Tonic YUK instead of Gin. This just becomes a waste. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, The grounds beautifully lit. The Adult pool area has all NEW strong umbrellas & the bar has new modern furniture. Pool towels are provided. The staff do go above & beyond, especially the entertainment team to make it fun but not to pushy. BONUS - We normally get eaten alive by mozzys, there was NONE here :-) Hopefully they address the couple of issues to keep the good rating as they are small issues.

GGuest UserAs very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

YYUEThis kind of price feels that this Amanlang has a false name. First, there are no snow-capped mountains to see. Second, the green environment is not as good as Mandarin Oriental. If you stay for one night at most, you don’t want to continue to stay. My personal experience is that Mandarin Oriental is much better.

GGuest UserLet’s start from the beginning…. Myself and my son arrived at the Riad in the evening . We were followed by someone who spoke about knowing where the Riad was . We DID NOT ask him for directions . Once we arrived at the property the manager let us in. The man was demanding money from us for showing us to the property . I explained several times I did not ask for directions and would not be giving him any money . The manager stood with the door open and even allowed him to step in . Why wouldn’t you tell him to leave and shut the door instead of allowing him to try and intimate us ? Luckily I’m not easily intimidated but it’s not the point it wasn’t a nice start to our holiday . Once we arrived in the room it looked completely different to the pictures extremely small for 2 adults . Nevertheless we left our luggage and left out to explore for an hour . Once back I sat on the bed and noticed how hard it was . (Single beds were requested due to sharing with my 21 year old son). The next morning I had pain down my left side due to the bed being so hard so went to speak to the manager . This went on for a few days back and forth , asking for extra duvets to sleep on . I was then told there was nothing that could be done . As I was still unhappy I was told to contact *********** . I could tell the manager wasn’t particularly bothered or interested. I then asked to speak with the owner (the managers wife ) and was told she was away in the USA. I managed to get her number and sent 2 messages . Both messages were ignored . Over a period of 5 days I spoke with the manager face to face and on WhatsApp numerous times . Why as a manager you are communicating on WhatsApp is beyond me. Laziness and lack of interest ( you live within with Riad) Quick to ask for the tax on the first day though. I don’t think it’s fair I paid almost £600 to be treated like that . You ruined our first experience of Marrakesh. It’s not good enough to say ‘what should I do about it ‘ and ‘sorry’ I should have been refunded for the days left after my complaint so I could go and stay somewhere with a reasonable bed . I even explained I’d donated a kidney last year so needed a comfortable bed . This is not too much to ask it’s basic . Didn’t want to refund any money at all…GREEDY. Not sure why you some platforms you’ve advised a rooftop pool ? It’s a small terrace area with your personal laundry room . Over the wall is a building of rubble where rubbish is burnt and a graveyard so not a nice view at all . Also can I address the breakfast as it looks nothing like the picture . It consist of 2 flat pastries , a small orange juice , an over sweet Moroccan tea , a small jam & marmalade and a huge basked of bread . This is the same every day . The bathroom Was not upto a good hygiene standard (see pics) I informed the manager the hot water had gone cold . This went on for 2 days with an ‘engineer ‘ who had no idea what he was doing banging for 2 days throughout the day and night causing the

GGuest UserThis place is particularly good, the Chinese do not lie to the Chinese! ! When checking in, there will be mint tea and snacks to eat. The place to live is also very clean and bright. The air conditioner is very warm. It is still hot when you feel it (except that the toilet is a bit cold). The yard is very nice, very suitable for taking pictures, breakfast is delicious. The most important thing is that the people here are very good. I don't know the wifi password, so I called the front desk. A very polite gentleman came to help me lose. We left late the next day so wanted to leave our luggage here, they immediately agreed, and put our pizza in the refrigerator! When we came to get it, Miss Sister also said take your time, you can stay for a while and then leave, so I fell asleep in the yard... I heard someone talking in my ear in a daze, and opened my eyes and found that the gentleman who helped me enter the password yesterday told me that I could enter the room next to no one. Take off your shoes and sleep well on the bed. In short, I highly recommend everyone to stay! ! !

550jeniferpWe checked in in the morning, which we were very grateful to them for allowing us to do. Everyone was so kind and helpful even after we realized there was a problem with our reservation. They worked with us and never tried to charge us for the mistake even though they certainly could have (especially when it took a few days for our travel agent to fix it). The food was delicious, every single person was friendly and helpful. We also got massages at the spa and were so happy and relaxed. They even held our luggage for free for a few days while we went on an excursion. The rooms they gave us for the second half of our stay were even nicer than the first. They were in the process of filing the pool and we really enjoyed sitting out by it even though they were laying even more pretty tile (the hotel is very beautiful as it is, even nicer than the pictures). I will say the internet passwords kept expiring which was annoying, but they always gave us a new code without any issue except the minor inconvenience. We will definitely be back.

GGuest UserI booked the hotel after one of the other reviewers on here kindly answered some questions for me. It was bliss. The room was elegant and comfortable, breakfast buffet had lots of good choices and pool area was a delight. All the staff were lovely too. I’m really surprised at some of the other comments here which say the staff were unhelpful. Maybe it was the stress of operating through covid. For me, after a few days they knew my name, what I like to drink, where I wanted to sit and offered me a very late checkout before I even asked. The only ****** was that you can’t set the air on temperature individually for your room, it’s set for the whole hotel. Ample complimentary bottled water in the room every day. I didn’t use the spa, so can’t comment on that. The restaurant and alcoholic drinks are v expensive, but there are plenty of restaurant choices outside (although only the most expensive serve alcohol). The location is great, just a 15 min stroll to the Djemma El Fna, and 30 mins (or short taxi) to the Jardin Majorelle. All the taxi drivers know where it is too, unlike some of the small riads, if you’ve done so much walking you need to taxi back from somewhere.

IIlan ToledanoVery nice hotel. Very nice and spacious swimming pools. The rooftop pool is very nice, you feel like you're in the middle of the medina and at the same time it's very relaxing. The bottom pool is very large but there is quite a lot of noise in general. We had to be upgraded when we arrived, which was really nice. The service is very good, however the breakfast is of good quality but the choice is quite limited and that is what disappointed us the most. In short, a very good experience :)

GGuest UserBeautiful Riad with exceptional staff. I stayed 6 nights and was grateful for the exceptional service. There are a lot of stairs -- that's everywhere in Morocco - but the the Riad experience is worth it. It's located in the Medina close to the gate - easy to find and also easy to get a taxi at the Medina entrance. Lovely, lovely experience.

Very Good
MMr.PushkinI wouldn’t recommend this hotel, the reception staff are very rude ,we called the reception in the afternoon to send someone to fix the AC ,no one was sent ,we came back to the hotel around 2 o’clock in the morning, the security guard stopped us and made us wait until the receptionist came to check our documents ,(we asked again for the AC technician),Marrakesh is beautiful city but this hotel has the power to ruin your stay.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at Marrakech Ryads Parc Hotel. Our room was pretty spacious with a queen sized bed and single bed/sofa. When we first arrived our fridge wasn't working and our safe was locked. Straight away we were provided with a new fridge and the safe was sorted. We loved how all the rooms were all Ryads. The pool area is fairly large and there was no trouble locating sunbed at anytime of day. We missed breakfast most days but lunch and dinner was always delicious (different tajines, salads, seafood, Meats, pastas, deserts ect). Drinks were the only disappointing thing, cocktails weren't exactly cocktails, wine tasted like vinegar and their spirits weren't great. However, the beer was pretty good (from the bottle so not watered down as expected if it was draft). The staff were all lovely and helpful from the receptionist to the restaurant waiters and bar staff. The shuttle bus was great (only £1.50 each way) however, times were not that regular and was difficult to locate the pick up spot coming back. We wish we knew about the app Indrive ealier were taxi's were a lot cheaper. Taxis from outside the app charged £15 whereas the app was £3-5 and you can also barter on it. We booked trips via Air B&B which were all very reasonably prices with amazing tour guides and drivers. Overall we had a fantastic time and would return!
