Amazing

What a beautiful Riad! My daughter and I loved it here, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool was beautiful and surprisingly warm and the traditional decor was stunning. We stayed in the Casablanca suite which was beautiful, especially the copper bath (only slight downside was that the WiFi didn’t work up there)
It was around a twenty minute walk, down a labyrinth of alleys, to the main square but that wouldn’t put us off staying here again - as everything else was perfect!

We enjoyed the Riad, the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. We loved our jacuzzi found in the Marrakech Suite Royale room. The bed was nice and soft, didn’t hurt our backs at all. Could really had more naps 😁
We booked lunch at the Riad after a tour, the tagines were really nice. They don’t taste the same which was good. We’ve tried many mint teas, so far, I liked the riad’s mint tea the most! Keep the good quality up! 😊
The neighborhood where the Riad is, not as clean as the hotel, but the Riad is beautiful and had nice views, pool and is really serene.
We like walking. Walking during the day and night was good exercise after eating street foods from the square. The motorcycles are everywhere but after a day, we got used to it. Nice to see and stayed in a big soul where all the sights and smell come together. Night is very lively in Marrakech! Beautiful place especially at night.

The staff at the riad were very helpful and the rooms were beautiful, with private balconies and lovely accommodation. There are many narrow streets around the riad and you need to walk carefully as there are many speeding motorbikes. This area is not comfortable for two foreign women to walk alone. It is not recommended for women to go out alone at night. The hammams in the riad was not good. The hotel staff were very helpful in escorting us when we went out as we did not feel safe in the area.

A beautiful Riad with incredible views around the establishment.
Every room is a delight and has its own theme.
The staff are incredibly helpful and all needs are catered for.

Beautiful Riad with exceptional staff. I stayed 6 nights and was grateful for the exceptional service. There are a lot of stairs -- that's everywhere in Morocco - but the the Riad experience is worth it. It's located in the Medina close to the gate - easy to find and also easy to get a taxi at the Medina entrance. Lovely, lovely experience.

This riad is beautiful. It's in the Medina, a short walk to the Bab Aylan gate where it is easy to get a taxi or less than a mile walk through the medina o the famous square. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this riad.

We stayed in the Marrakech Suite and absolutely loved it. It's a huge beautiful space with photo opportunities around every corner. Lots of privacy with a quiet terrace and private jacuzzi. Lovely reading nook. Comfy bed. Gorgeous colors. Give this riad a try! It's the next Instagram sensation.

breakfast and dinner very limited compared to other riads in the city that we visited previously. only one dinner option available a night. room not cleaned for 4 nights of our stay, had to ask for clean towels, really poor water pressure in the shower, also charged incorrectly- charged for an extra night in error. just feel like it wasn’t worth the price we paid. still waiting for a refund on the incorrect charge as manager adamant they charged us correctly. also states laundry and ironing service at extra charge but when asked about it we were simply told they don’t do it. a lot of the listed things from the website are simply not available. unfortunately would not stay again

Overall I was really disappointed with my stay at this Riad. The breakfast is very basic and did not offer much variety and very bland and basic. The location of the Road is positioned in a very loud area where you can hear the locals late at night when you’re trying to sleep. We stayed at this location for 4 nights and our room was not cleaned or replenished with new towels or general amenities. The meal of tagine that I had was very bland and poorly made. Completely no flavour and not very nice at all. The shower water pressure was really appalling, with it just being a trickle of water coming out of the shower head. Overall, this was a disappointing stay. Also incorrectly charged in error and we are still waiting for a refund. Make sure to shop around as there are much better Riads available for the same money.

We arrived around 10:30 p.m. but the staff came to pick us up at the door of the medina! So great welcome! Breakfast is hearty ! The Riad is very well placed! About 15 minutes walk from the central square! So it is quiet!!!! Inside everything is beautiful! One Thousand and One Nights!!!!!

If you want to experience Moroccan hospitality, don't hesitate to come here. The breakfast we were given was spectacular, you don't need quantity, just the quality of the products to be wonderful. We had dinner one night and had a typical homemade meal. the facilities are very well decorated and the whole space conveys calm and relaxation. The only downside for some people is that it's a good 20min walk from the main square, but who goes to Marrakech and doesn't get lost in the medina 😃Thanks to all the staff who treated us very well, they even made us a good sandwich when we checked in out. I recommend and plan to return.
