Staff and hotel we couldn’t fault. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble we got two phone calls to check all was okay. Highly recommend both the restaurants. Salah extremely friendly kept us hydrated whilst chilling around the pool.

Good location. Amazing roof top pool & bar great food but terrible service! There were staff for staff for staff ! In terms of value for money I found it overpriced ! However all in all a memorable experience with the good outweighing the bad :)

worst nobu ever! very expensive and room dirty and bathroom non working properly, seems that the staff didn’t care about our request to change room staff not at level of the group compared with others in the world. price/quality totally unjustified

Big shoutout to our friend Moatassi at the breakfast! He made our stay unforgettable, the best and kindest service ever. Fantastic service and very nice person, we would come back just to see him again in the hotel. Make him the new General Manager!

Luxurious experience from the welcome drinks to the oversized king bed to the incredible breakfast. Well located with only a short walk into old town. The staff were very attentive. The gym and spa were top notch. 10/10. Would happily return!
