Pool just for decoration, nice hotel structure, bathroom smells musty and is unpleasant, the price is quite high for what is offered, we were fortunate enough to stay in 4 hotels and this was the most expensive and the one we honestly liked the least The breakfast was good, and the receptionists were friendly, but I wouldn't book it again. The environment here is so dirty and unacceptable. There is cockroach in the room and the washroom is so poor. Also, there are filth on the bed sheet. Not recommend all of you to live here.The photo provided on the website is different from the reality. Very poor experience and angry.

The hotel location was just perfect! 2 minutes away from the central of Medina and 15 minutes away from the train station. Very happening and vibrant hotel. So unique design and Surrounded by beautiful peoples. The pillow and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay! Wifi connection was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back for more.

Nous avons pris la formule 45 mn hammam et 45 mn massage. Le hammam était correct et les soins agréables. Le problème que nous avons tous vécu est le massage. Vous restez seul pendant 30 minutes sur une table, une masseuse non professionnelle vient pendant 10 mn faire un semblant de massage et vous dit c'est fini !!!! Nous avons soumis notre mécontentement à l'accueil, mais comme vous devez payer avant les soins, on nous a fait la sourde oreille. Maintenant vous êtes au courant.

Desde un principio se escuchaba gente fuera se la sala de masajes, hasta el punto que había dos hombres hablando en tono alto sin importales nada ya que la masajista les estaba avisando (aunque tardo en reaccionar hasta que no levante la cabeza), siguieron hablando en alto al punto que tuve que levantarme e irme. No pidieron ni disculpas y me cobraron el masaje completo. MUY MAL la verdad...

Nous avons choisi la formule hammam 30 minutes et massage 30 minutes en duo. Le hammam s’est déroulé plutôt normalement malgré un petit manque de professionnalisme des deux filles. Concernant le massage, elles nous ont massés 10/15 minutes, elles sont parties sans rien dire en nous laissant dans la pièce. Elles sont revenues 20 minutes après pour nous dire que c’était fini. Quand on leur a fait part de notre incompréhension, elles ont fait semblant de pas voir le problème. Je ne recommande pas.
