This hotel had two children (ages 8 and 10) and two adults stay for one night, and even though they knew they were children, they asked for the city tax for four adults and did not refund the money.
They said it was a mistake to ask for the adult rate (they were always with the children) and did not refund the money.
They kept saying they would refund the money from the morning until noon, but they did not refund the money even after a day had passed.

The guy at the counter was very welcoming, and the big bathtub was great, making it a comfortable bath and rest. Bathrobes and slippers are provided.
