Siamo stati già altre volte, pulizia perfetta, gentilezza e professionalità della reception. Da migliorare la prima colazione: cornetti un po’ crudi e puntualmente il distributore caffettiera che si guasta e il direttore che armeggia per ripararla .

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel.. servizio di pulizia ottimo.. colazione, pranzo e/o cena con prodotti di alta qualità, cortesia del personale impeccabile, esigenze degli ospiti tutte rispettate nel migliore dei modi... celiaci ed intolleranti al lattosio sono stati tutti accontentati alla perfezione.. tutti questi fattori saranno motivo per un futuro ritorno da parte di tutti noi.. un grazie in particolare a Marina e Michele.

Siamo stati in questo Hotel a dicembre 2024. Hall grandissima ed accogliente, come il personale alla reception e in sala. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e fatto i complimenti al cuoco più volte. Il maitre ha assecondato la mia mania di fare foto ai piatti serviti, lasciandone uno in più come bis. Grazie infinite a tutti per la gentilezza. Le camere sempre pulite, silenzose, acqua calda meravigliosa in bagno. Insomma, consigliatissimo e per finire Martina Franca è una cittadina veramente carina che vale la pena visitare.

Abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel con una bella location natalizia. Le stanze erano pulite, confortevoli e con tutti i servizi. Ottimo anche il lato ristorante con piatti buoni e gustosi, infine un ok va anche all’accoglienza e a tutto il personale sorridente e disponibile.

En oase i byen
Hotellet har en perfekt beliggen og er som en oase i byen. Hyggelig, hjelpsomt og serviceminded personale. Alt fungert e på rommet. Stor, gratis parkering på eiendommen, men uten skygge. Martina Franca er et perfekt utgangspunkt for byene og grottene i nærheten. Eneste som kan trekke litt ned er at svømmebassenget er offentlig og brukes av andre enn hotellets gjester og kan derfor være litt støyende i ukedagene. Jeg anbefaler hotellet på det varmeste og kommer til å bruke det igjen om jeg skal på disse trekker en gang til!

Lovely hotel in a good location
We used this hotel as we were attending a wedding up the road at villa San Martina. It's a 5 min taxi ride to the Villa if you need to do it and the hotel are happy to arrange this but the pricing is a bit odd, varies and it stacks up if you are back and forwards (in 3 days it was over €100 for us). That said the hotel is convenient for the centre of Maritna Franca (about 20 mins walk) and the old town is absolutely lovely! We were there at the end of July and it was hot so the air con in the room was very welcome!
