The front desk service was excellent and very proactive. Others did well, too, with their friendly approaches. Overall, I was really satisfied and will come back.

The location is beautiful and so are the rooms. However, the service is awful. It took 40 minutes to check us in.The rooms have no wifi and the hotel is in a remote location with limited food options. The food at the hotel was avarage and a lot of the options were not available. The staff wasn’t helpful, they were sometimes rude and dismissive. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was very nice, check-in was a bit slow, at least until 2 o'clock to check in, the service was generally good, the driver who picked up and dropped off at the airport and Mulu National Park was very good, they looked very busy, there were only two cars in total. The buffet didn't have many varieties, but the taste was very good, and the service was very thoughtful.

I really liked the hotel, the location, the service. The noise was disturbing, perhaps the transformer was working. But the noise was almost constant. This interfered with my rest.
