To flee ! I do not recommend this hotel at all. I was very poorly received following a problem with my bank card, it did not pass for the deposit I kindly ask to pay the deposit in cash or by check and I am refused I am told that nothing can be done for me and no one finds me a solution while I propose two solutions which seem completely normal to me (no hotel refused me to pay a deposit by any means other than a card). Since I had taken a room without free cancellation, it was impossible to cancel and I had to wait 20 minutes for a solution to be found for me. No solution found I ask the manager what I can do she tells me that she can't do anything for me and she leaves (super professionalism). Then I have to negotiate another 10 minutes to get the room and I end up asking if I can settle the deposit at midnight, which they end up accepting but not with joy. Then comes the moment of entering the room and there the shock of cobwebs, dust and a strong smell of cold tobacco. Finally going to bed I go to the heating and the big surprise the heating does not work (very annoying during a cold period). I call the reception to inform them and no solution is offered to me. So I sleep in the cold. The next morning I drop off the room card and I come across the manager to whom I warn that the heating was not working and no response from her, not even a commercial gesture (well done professionalism). I strongly advise against this hotel where the managers and receptionists do not respect their customers at all. In addition, having to negotiate for an hour to pay a deposit in cash or by check of 250 euros for a room where there is no heating is a shame!!! Go your way there are much friendlier and cleaner hotels than this one.
