Ich war vom 09.09-13.09 in diesem „Hotel“ ich kann es keinem empfehlen dort freiwillig zu hausen. Bevor uns irgendwas gezeigt wurde musste ich die Karte dran halten damit ich mich doch nicht um entscheide. Mir wurde dann eine Karte für das Zimmer hingelegt und das war’s dann auch schon. Wir hatten die größte Suite in diesem Hotel. Wir waren auch die einzigen die dort waren. Die Zimmer stinken und sind voll mit Schimmel. Tapete kommt hoch alle Möbel sind beschädigt, brandlöcher in den Sofas, Whirlpool komplett dreckig (mussten es selbst reinigen) Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert und ist ausgelaufen. Haben uns nach 10minuten direkt beschwert - Geld gab es natürlich nicht zurück. Es wurde nicht einmal sauber gemacht oder wenigstens frische Handtücher gebracht. Also ich kann allen nur abraten.

Ailemle gittiğimiz my green butik otelden çok memnun kaldık sakin güzel bir tatil yaptık.Oncelikle Muratcan kardeşime teşekkür ederim ilgi ve alakası ve güler yüzü için havuz ***et güzeldi sabah kahvaltisi gerçekten iyiydi sizi rahatlıkla tatmin edecektir bahçede ağaçların gölgesinde güzel bir ortam küçük butik otel sevenlere tavsiye ederim biz memnun olduk herkese teşekkür.

Otel çok temiz ,havuzu mükemmel . Kahvaltısı doyurucu ve güzel. Uzun zamandır severek gidiyoruz evimizde gibi rahat hissettiğimiz bir tesis oldu bizim için. Muratcan bey de çok ilgili personelleri güler yüzlü .kocaelinde tavsiye edilecek en güzel otellerden biri.

Ocak ayında gittim. Jakuzili king suit odada konaklarım.
- oda cok soguktu. suit oda oldugu ıcın 2 klıma olmasına ragmen ısıtmıyordu.
- akşam 10'da çay ve kahve istedik, ocaklarımız kapandı şeklinde bir dönüş aldık :)
- yemek olarak yan taraftaki kendilerine air restauranttan pizza söyledik ve maleseg hazır dondurulmuş pizzaydı.. hiç lezzetli değildi.
-en can alıcı nokta ise jakuzideki duş başlığı arızalıydı ve su ço çok az geliyordu. yani o sırada bir şikayette buluanmıyorsunuz zaten 1 gece kalmaya gittik dinlenmeye ama duş sırasında cok sorun yaşadık.
-manzarası guzeldi keşke odalar biraz daha ısınabilseydi.
malesef eşyalar eskimişti, odadaki koltuklarda sigara yanıkları mevcuttu.
sıcak s vs hiç birşey yoktu. kahve çay servisi vermıyorsanız odada 7 24 sıcak su bulundurmak zorundasınız.
genel olarak manzara ve konum okey ama geri kalanından hiç memnun kalmadım.

Yapılan bütün kötü yorumları unutun. ***et bütün personel sıcak kanlı ve yardımcı olmak İçin seferber olan arkadaşlardır. Otelin odaları ***et temiz ve nezih , otel görüntü itibari ile çok hoş otantik tam bir aile otelidir. Resepsiyon ve hizmetteki arkadaşlara ilgi ve alakaları içşin ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim

Otel deyince insanın evi gibi olmalı evde gibi hissetmeli ya, bir bira alıp havuz başında keyif yapayım dedim odama gönderdiler, yasak mış. Hangi yüzyılda yaşıyoruz. Odaya gidiyorsun havlular dünden kalma oda temizlenmemiş. İlk ve Son gelişim
