Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

Very good hotel. Even though the hotel is far from JR station and the JR is very few. Hotel arrange shuttle bus that is corresponding to the JR. it is very convenient. The dinner and breakfast are made by the hotel with traditional style. It really greats.

The hotel is the best around. It was a shame that there was a separate fee for the hot spring. Wasn't it included in the cost of your stay? It would have been nice if you had let me know in advance.

Breakfast and dinner are more distinctive set meals, and the food in the Sanin area is very fresh and precious. Food + hot springs is really a beautiful enjoyment. The hotel service is very good. The staff patiently introduced the details of the hotel and took us to visit the main activity area. The room facilities are complete and the tatami is very comfortable.

Although the transportation here is inconvenient, the hotel's shuttle bus will frequently pick up people at the JR station. The service attitude is very good, the environment is beautiful, the breakfast is also good, and the hot spring is comfortable. It is a very quiet and beautiful place. Before leaving, I took the hotel shuttle bus to the express bus station. When the driver learned that I did not reserve a ticket, he kept waiting for the bus with me until I left. Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. One night and two meals. The hotel chef prepared Shimane specialty dishes for breakfast and dinner. Delicious and large portions. Stayed in Gyokusenkaku, the room faces the garden. The biggest feature of the hotel is the mixed bath. The hot springs are all natural sources. The service is quite considerate. Thank you.
