Room : large but smile is not good Parking : Free Service : good

Hotel was terrible. Me and my boyfriend booked for a double bed and instead, got two singles stuck together and they weren’t even secured, they easily rolling off and when we reported this, they said they’ll look for another room and just never came back again. There were bugs on our bed, snails on the roof and the carpet from the stairs to our room were stained. Never ever again.

The check-in was awful - There were only two stuff working at the front desk and they were sorting out event clients all the time. I literally waited 20 mins before I get served. Apart from this, everything was great.

fire alarm keep triggered by the man smoking outside just one night it happens 3 times in a row should deal with it better. rear if it is nice

The room was lovely, most staff polite the only thing that let it down was the room cleaning our bins where not emptied the whole weekend and coffees, toilet rolls etc were only replenished once, having asked 3 times for extra nothing came ,I ended up getting milk from the restaurant , would stay again though close to shops, luas etc

Near the tallight tram terminal, facing the football field, if you feel that the hotel prices in the urban area on Friday and Saturday are too expensive, you can choose this hotel for the weekend, a good choice!

The hotel has free parking, a few new, There are shopping malls and supermarkets around. good staff good service

From start to finish the service that restaurant provided was 5* we eat at a lot of local restaurants but this one tops it 10.10 the food the service to a fantastic waitress that waited on us hand and foot Michelle I have never saw service like it before my mother's party was brilliant a small family gathering that catered for children also we would highly recommend this hotel and that lady well done Michelle ...The manager Alex was amazing really fantastic team well done ladies

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!! MY ITEMS WERE STOLEN INSIDE!! My laptop bag was stolen from room 321 while I was staying in the hotel. I went out in the morning and came back at night to find my room clean but missing my laptop bag. I reported this incident to the reception and they called Mr. Owen, the duty manager who promised to help me by reviewing the surveillance cameras but is has been 1 week now and he is evading my calls and wouldn't reply back. If you don't want your belongings to be stolen, please stay OUT of this hotel.

Had a 3 night stay, Can't complain about the rooms cleaned everyday. Went for breakfast 4 if is at 16 odd euro a head very expensive and it was cold defo wouldn't pay that again, not worth it at all, 16 euro ahead a rip off. Apart from that staff very nice and so helpful would return
