It was amazing

The room is very clean, the service is good, the breakfast is good, and there are free drinks, coffee and hot water in the lobby

Excellent city hotel in perfect proximity to the city center, the train station and the German Football Museum! Beautiful, comfortably furnished lobby and bar. Exceptional, wonderful, varied breakfast until 12:00 p.m.! Everything your heart desires is available here! Very friendly, helpful staff. Very nice, clean and well-equipped rooms. Absolutely a feel-good hotel. We can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience and were able to spend a wonderful weekend in Dortmund here as a family (2 adults + 1 child)! We would love to come back. Keep it up!

It was a quiet and short stay but everything was great and top :))))))

The hotel is very well located in terms of transport, but the service at reception was very unprofessional. I arrived after 3 p.m., but the room wasn't ready. I wanted a quiet room, but was given a large bed room, without taking into account that I had requested a separate twin room. Then I went back to reception and the room category I had requested was downgraded.

Stayed several times, overall it was pretty good

Dinner is not available, which is a bit inconvenient for business travelers. There are not enough parking spaces. It would be more friendly if you can book it together with the room.

The hotel is very good. It looks old outside, but it's pretty good inside. The breakfast variety is very rich, and the front desk lady is very enthusiastic ❤. I will come again next time I have a chance. Business is booming!

Hotel was clean and nice I liked that there was a refrigerator and slippers. It was convenient as it was close to the central station. There were a lot of people who came to watch the Dolmun game.

我能説這個酒店簡直太好了嘛！首先地理位置，從火車站出來左轉，步行6-10分鐘就到了，很好找的紅色牌子。進來就感覺到各種的前衞燈光，屏幕做的也好看。衞生間在樓下，竟然不需要房卡免費的。然後是前台旁邊還有免費的各種茶飲和咖啡可以帶走喝。前台服務也好，提醒一句，如果提前入住，要收30歐元哈。行李寄存也很方便。早餐超大枱子，蛋糕至少三種，還有炒時蔬，烤帶皮小土豆，煎蛋等。芝士和冷餐火腿種類也超級多，醃菜選擇也不少，酸奶就6種。日本人住這裏不少，也可以每天打掃衞生。比我之前在卡門住的鳥不拉屎的酒店強太多了，性價比真高
