Amazing

Amazing accommodation nearby key tourist sites and shopping areas in Matsuyama. It’s a 5-minute walk to the Okaido shotengai and 10 minutes to the ropeway/cable car station for Matsuyama Castle. Dogo Onsen is a 15-20 minute tram ride away. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and decently sized (by Japanese standards). The staff are courteous and professional. The breakfast is fantastic with many different options.

The free breakfast is especially worth mentioning. The taste is okay, but the variety is outstanding. The made-to-order French toast is also delicious. All this for 5,200 yen per night is a great deal.

The amenities are great and very good. Breakfast is also recommended. If you are staying for multiple nights, I recommend having breakfast at least one night. The location is in a bar district, but there is a parking lot. If you are in the city, you can use this as a starting point for sightseeing. It is a little far from Ichibancho Station, but you can walk through the arcade, so it doesn't matter. The convenience store was a little far, maybe? The restaurant staff were very helpful. They were working alone, but they were very considerate. If anything, I thought that if it wasn't for that person, it would be impossible for them to work here alone.
