Smile Hotel Matsuyama Reviews

This hotel is very conveniently located. It's within walking distance of the ropeway to Matsuyama Castle and very close to trams going in both directions around the city center. My wife and I would definitely stay here again; it's less congested than the Dogo Onsen area. The staff are all very kind. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is located in the city center so it is easily accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful, and parking was available, which was convenient.

A small city with many benefits for Koreans!!

It was perfect to stay alone! The table is long and the bed is spacious, so there is no problem for two people. However, the location is not that big, but it is a bit far away, so I think it would be better to go in the bright light when returning home in the evening. I was satisfied because it was cheap but clean and quiet :)

The room overlooking Matsuyama Castle was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and cheerful. I would like to use this hotel again.

The hotel is in a moderate location, a few kilometers away from the Shopping mall and Aeon mall. The hotel's breakfast buffet is super decent, not too many types but delicious! Next time if I have more money, I will choose this one again!

I received good massage service. A visually impaired person came and it was very refreshing. I will use it again the next time I visit.

I didn't have high expectations because of the low price, but it was the cheapest and best hotel I stayed at on this trip.

Check-out is at 11am so you can take your time in the morning.

The single room was clean, the service was good, and it was quiet. But please note that there is no toothpaste and toothbrush in the room, you need to go to the lobby on the first floor to get them. No one told me this beforehand and I felt a little inconvenienced.

It was a pleasant trip and the staff were very friendly. It's a shame I couldn't eat breakfast. I was touched by the willingness of the family to help even if they could not speak Japanese.
