It seems that there are no Chinese reviews yet, so I will give a truthful review. I stayed in three hotels in Mauritius this time, Oberoi, Four Seasons, and JW Marriott. The prices were similar, but Oberoi was the most disappointing and the worst. The parent-child facilities were non-existent, the children's playground was dirty and messy, and the hotel closed at 4pm. There were no parent-child activities, and the rooms did not even provide children's bathrobes. Later, I moved to Four Seasons and JW Marriott, where the parent-child activities in the children's playground were from morning to night, which was really touching. If you take your children to Mauritius, you must avoid Oberoi.

The Oberoi Mauritius has been by far the best hotel that we have stayed, this comment is made based on traveling across the world and not limited to travels in Mauritius.
The staff paid careful attention to satisfying our every need and personal food requests that were happily accommodated by the hotel’s chef. Having fallen ill while traveling, the hotel doctor was readily available for a consult and prescribed medication within a timely manner.
The visit to the spa was relaxing and all rooms were well-maintained. The therapist was able to provide treatments on our individual needs.
The room was beautifully decorated with a private pool and garden, this meant that we were lucky enough to have our breakfast with a magnificent sea view🌊.
Overall a true five star ⭐️ hotel that delivers an exceptional experience to its guests.

Arrived here at 5 am after an 8 hr delayed flight. Met with a very warm welcome and taken directly to our beautiful room overlooking the ocean. A wonderful breakfast laid out. After dawn the views were magnificent and the rest of the week we had a little bit of heaven. Quiet peaceful with delightful staff. Shout out to Aisha in the spa, great facial.

L'hôtel est très bien placé sur l'ile, à l'abri du vent car le vent est souvent d'Ouest. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. An exceptional experience. We stayed in a garden suite for a week to celebrate the end of our trip for my husband’s birthday. The hotel was above and beyond our expectations. We had not travelled to Mauritius before. I would have to give special praise to Vasudha and Nilesh as the housekeeping was exceptional. The room was spotless, and they arranged to decorate the room for my husband, and spoiled him with a beautiful cake. The hotel aesthetics are stunning. The grounds are sprawling and immaculate and you can quite easily believe that you are staying here on your own as it is so peaceful. The food was just magnificent. A huge hats off to the chefs who produce stunningly authentic Indian cuisine, alongside many other dishes, to satisfy every palate. The bar staff are wonderful, and create stunning cocktails to sip and watch the sunset every evening. My husband thought that the wine selections were excellent. All in all we have had a thoroughly wonderful experience, which was a first for us using the Oberoi brand. We will return. Thank you for making our stay so very special. Room 208.

'Red Carpet' treatment. Met by the General Manager (Aditya Vikram Pandey) and Amanda (Guest relations Manager). Food, service and entertainment, was excellent. The team that serviced Room 504, were amazing, Can Recommend Karim's cooking demonstration excellent, and visit to local Hindu Temple. Chef prepared us a curry we liked. . Grounds and maintenance staff always had a smile even in the heat! Visit Raj's veg patch.

This was our second stay at the Oberoi and it was even better than our first stay six months ago, which was exceptionally good. From the moment we arrived, when we were immediately taken to our room where we checked in until the moment we deported, we were treated like honoured family guests. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food fantastic in all restaurants and our room was extremely comfortable and serviced to an incredible standard every day. It is a truly great hotel and amongst the best in the world.
