I can’t wait to use this again and again.

The location of this hotel is very good, the sea water is great, the beach next to the hotel has a lot of corals, a lot of fish, and the snorkeling experience is very good. But the hotel itself is not good. The facilities are old and the service is average. The most important thing is that there is no way to have a good rest. Loud music is played until very late at night, and the guests have no way to choose or refuse. Isn’t the first priority of a hotel to make people sleep well? I don’t understand. In short, this beach is highly recommended, but this hotel is not recommended.

We had a great weekend at Le Peninsula bay. At first when we reached the hotel, I was asking myself how would be the service food etc given that its location. Finally, it was amazing. Good food, many varieties, the drinks, anytime you can have your own hot chocolate, capuchino, coffee etc as the dispenser is available anytime. The massage by Mrs Ragini was excellent and highly recommended. The servers, Mrs Dany (who showed so much love to her job at the restaurant), the barmen... All was great. For a 3 star hotel, the service is really good. The rooms are very neat, hot water in the shower. I'm summary, I recommend this hotel and surely will go there again.

Me and my husband have just from 9 days at this lovely hotel. The location I’d absolutely perfect, the beach outside the hotel and and the next beach along are stunning! The snorkelling here is amazing…and snorkels are free to hire for 30 mins- 1 hour a day. Also you get a trip on the glass bottomed boat included, which is so worth it. The evening entertainment, as mentioned before, is loud until 11pm. But it’s good and the entertainment team try really hard. The cocktails with the all inclusive are not great, but the beer is fine The hotel is lovely, the rooms are fairly spacious…although with a glass bathroom door The staff are super friendly and the food is good. We will be coming back.

Only the nature and the bay are beautiful/Si salva solo la natura e la baia. Il resto no comment. Air conditioning is not working - water dripping from the air conditioner, towel underneath Surfaces are not clean and neat Curtain dirty and broken Dog in the restaurant (disgusting) Waiter holding and playing with toothpick during the table service ( non hygenic at all) No electricity NOO water in the bathroom - every day at noon Cockroaches everywhere Very loud every day Kitchen with uncommon odors Public wc are never clean and without paper

The hotel is located beach side which is the nicest thing about this resort. Nothing near to walk to , but there are taxis. Very structured times for breakfast,lunch,dinner No drink -wine selection Glass bottom boat rides are amazing Make sure you bargain the price. Also during the day ✈️ planes fly over Not for everyone here that’s for sure 2 -3 nights max

The service of the restaurant is amazing . And the staff is going beyond the service and gave impeccable experience to each and every guest Lovina was wonderful and served a superb drink which I loved. She is an asset to the company . I wil surely come back after six months to have again best experience ever.

I am only checking in tomorrow and already I had a bad experience on the phone. The lady asked me to call back in five minutes since she had just transferred a call to reservation and that they are probably already on call (what?!). I call back 5 mins later and discuss my reservation. I tell her I have a 2 year old and she bluntly cuts me and says that they will not provide any cribs or additional bed. (I didn't ask for any!) I go on to ask her if I can come in early as a visitor (my check-in is a 2pm) since I already have friends staying there. Her reply is that the security won't let us in! Hilarious! Never had staff as rude in any hotel I stayed ever. The lady who took my call on 26 Jul 2024 at around 14:15 badly needs training in handling customers!

Great hotel, good rooms, comfy beds, fantastic staff. Best food I've had in a hotel for years, absolutely delicious!! Make use of spa, gym, glass bottom boat, water sports, animation staff are great! Perfect location, definitely go again.

Came to this hotel for a week with our friends. Such a wonderful hotel. The staff are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Rooms ok -comfortable but ours we felt was a bit dated. Very clean beds comfortable. The food was great . Plenty of choice. Unfortunately we are picky but was ok never went hungry always found something. Plus if you ask they will get something for you. So accommodating. Lovely location. We had a massage in the spa. Wow. The ladies there are amazing. Well worth having g a full massage after the long journey. We did the glass bottom boat trip which was nice. A lovely holiday and great place to stay. The staff there are incredible. Special thanks to ivans on the bar and Cedric. (Aqua gym).

Room & amenities exactly as in the photos. 3.8 ⭐️ facilities, but kept spotlessly clean. Dining superb, staff friendly & polite. Safe Snorkelling from hotel beach. Exceptional value all inclusive. Location beautiful, highly recommend.
