We had a lovely 2 weeks at this hotel, lovely grounds, beach and friendly staff. There are two pools and although there are plenty of loungers there aren't enough parasols. The beach is just over the road and it is lovely if you like a walk. There are some loungers and parasols, but not enough. You need to get there very early to get a place - we never made it! We were in a room with a (very) limited sea view, which was a good size. We thought we would be ok with no TV in the room but we would have liked one (or a smart speaker) for when we were relaxing in the room or on the balcony or getting ready to go out. We also didn't like the system for the mini bar - On arrival its empty and you're allowed 4 cans/bottles a day which you collect from the shop, this method is advised as being an environmental decision, but I cannot see any impact in having a full re-stocked fridge other than having to have more stock, in fact a full fridge uses less energy and the fridge lasts longer if its full. You also have to sign a printed receipt when you go to the shop - more wasted paper! So if you want to have some time in your room day or night you would need to save up your allocation over a few days! Although we were All Inclusive, not everyone was. At other hotels you normally have a wrist band confirming all food/drinks are included, but not here. So we were constantly being asked for our room number when we wanted a drink. I guess this is why there was no poolside service either. We would have like a bit more entertainment as this was limited, probably due to the lack of space. Perhaps clearing the tables & chairs by the Social Bar and having a silent disco or a DJ playing some music etc.? There is a disco 3 nights a week which we liked, it goes on until midnight. But be careful, because if you order a drink after 11.30pm, for some reason, its not all inclusive from then and you'll be billed for your drinks. The food was good at the buffet, but there was very little choice of fish for someone who doesn't eat meat. It was the same white fish every day, no variation - nothing like salmon or prawns etc. The buffet also gets very busy after 7pm, we were left waiting for ever to be asked what we wanted to drink, so either get there before 7.00pm or go after the rush. There are two A la Carte restaurants which you can pre-book at reception, we loved the Social House which is Tapas and we were well looked after by the lovely Avisha. The manager Avi lead from the front and was constantly walking around checking everyone and everything was ok. That was great to see. Overall a very nice hotel, but a few little niggles.
