Chambre propre mais très vieillot Piscine souvent verte ( 6fois en 3 semaine ) et coussin salle Restauration catastrophique aucun effort de produit sur les repas du soir beaucoup d’entre nous ne manger pas le soir aucune diversité proposer , faite attention il ne mette pas d’eau à table obliger de payer tout les soir une bouteille d’eau pour en avoir à table alors que le repas du soir est compris . Venue avec des enfants les enfants ne manger presque rien dans l’hôtel . Aucune animation sur 3 semaine nous avons seulement 2 soir au il y a eu des danseuse de sega Heureusement le personnel du bar étais assez sympa et dans la discussion . Pour tout ce qui est activité ne pas passer par l’hôtel cela vous coûtera le double voir le triple . Mieux vaut passer avec des locaux

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel à taille humaine où l’ensemble du personnel est très sympathique et à disposition afin de rendre le séjour le plus confortable possible. Une mention particulière au responsable et à Jean Philippe pour la qualité de votre accueil et l’organisation de nos envies de sorties. L’hôtel est situé tout prêt à pied d’une superbe plage Les professionnels sont tous très gentils avec un mot toujours sympa et créer du contact avec le client Buffets simples mais de très bonne qualité Axe d’amélioration : un peu plus de choix au petit déjeuner et dans les desserts Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel où le rapport qualité prix est tout à fait correct pour un séjour en plein novembre sur cette superbe île où l’ensemble des personnes rencontrées étaient d’une très grande gentillesse Mathieu

We were checked in by a lady named Deeksha. She never smiled at any point and we felt like we were being checked into a prison. Instead of welcoming us to the hotel it felt like we were being given strict rules and regulations to abide by. She had no personality to be customer facing. Unfortunately this was our introduction to the hotel and it set a bad tone. Bar service by Jessen was terrible. He pays no attention to you and ignores you. He is rude and abrupt. Fortunately there was other bar staff who were friendly and tried to help given Jessen’s rude behaviour. Also the bar ran out Gin during the day and was unable to source more. That’s ridiculous for a holiday resort that provides all inclusive packages. Poor management. They have a strange policy on towels. If you collect a pool towel. You can only return it after 2 days, whether you want to exchange it or not. Also you can only get it changed after two days. Food was great and chef Renoo was a saviour! We enjoyed her lovely dishes and attention to detail.

From arriving at the resort we were treated with the friendliest staff. Our room was big and spacious . Breakfast was a full house including tea coffee juice and water.french pastries Dinner was a different buffet every night the food was just delicious. Compliments to the chefs and waiters. The pools are immaculate. An all in one resort . We had live entertainment on certain nights which we enjoyed immensely. We enjoyed the resort and wish to see you all in the near future again
