I had a lovely stay at the Veranda Tamarin - the resort, decor, facilities and layout exceeded my expectations. The all inclusive package was very good value for money although it would have been better if there was a wrist band which signified to staff that guests were all inclusive so that we didn't have to continually sign for every drink. At weekends the music and partying from the beach was loud as the property is very nearby and obviously the resort can't control the volume of this however the bar music was also loud and could maybe have stopped at midnight rather than 2am. The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the all inclusive package you were able to eat with a subsidy in the a la carte restaurant which was good and you also got money off trips booked through the hotel which was also good value. The spa treatment (massage) I had was disappointing and also overpriced in my view.

The hotel has a good environment and facilities, but the service details need to be improved. There is a hot water bottle, but there is a lot of scale inside. I don't dare to use it. I usually care about drinking water. There is a water quality test pen for Xiaomi. The hotel has about 200 impurities in tap water and 150 bottles of water. If you care about bringing a kettle. Breakfast and dinner are good, but the dinner men have to wear long pants, the first time I don’t know, hehe.

Had a blast in the hotel. I stay one night n it was simply amazing. The foods are delicious and great staff. Special mention goes to Muzameer, he handled everything with such professionalism and care. From check-in to addressing our requests, he made the process seamless. His hard work behind the scenes is greatly appreciated. Very friendly,professional and great service. For the Bartender Abhi , Absolutely fantastic service. He crafted some of the best cocktails I've ever tasted and were so knowledgeable about the drink menu. He is friendly and talented. For the Animator Cedric ”What an incredible experience with the animator! He brought so much energy to the hotel activities and truly engaged everyone. His enthusiasm was contagious, and my friends and I had a blast during the shows especially the night event. The southern hotel is very elegant, the room in the camphor is very comfortable, and the spacing between the villas is very wide and feels very good. The hotel environment is also good, breakfast is delicious. After three days of stay, the waiter sent chocolate every night. On the last day, knocking on the door knocked like an exaggeration. In the bathroom, I was scared to death. My husband was on the balcony. He didn’t hear it outside. I didn’t have it afterwards. Complaint, think about it. The overall stay of the hotel feels good. However, there are not many water projects, and the hotel may not have much activity.

Overall, it is a very good hotel. The suite has 2 single beds and 1 double bed. It is no problem for a family of four, and there is no additional charge for 2 children under 16 years old in this room type, including breakfast, but breakfast is not included. It's too suitable for East Asian tastes. Dinner is a little better, just a little bit. We lost a child's schoolbag at the airport in Mauritius, and there were valuables inside. We thought we couldn't find it, but the Intercontinental front desk guy helped us contact the airport police station, and the schoolbag was recovered, which was very NICE. It was a bit unpleasant to check out later. More than a thousand euros were deducted from me. After negotiation, it was refunded to my account after returning to China. Overall, it was perfect. Ctrip officials were also very helpful!

Hotel catering all-inclusive, there are many restaurants, there are drinks everywhere, you can enjoy drinks anytime, anywhere, hotel staff warm service, people can feel the attention, very recommended

Bad Chevk-in routine It is a very modern hotel too bad the staff and the hotel’s policies are not modern. The hotel is isolated in an area away from facilities. You need transportation to get to a small mall or to the beach. The hotel does run a limited shuttle to the mall and beach. We arrived at the hotel from the Mauritius cruise port at 11:30am. At the front desk they said the rooms will not be assigned until 3pm and we should just sit down until 3 pm. Never asked our names. I said we are Holiday Inn members - didn’t matter - rooms will be assigned at 3pm. However a couple we knew arrived at 12:30pm and were given a room immediately. They did not know why. We also watched numerous people check out while we waited. The 3 pm assignment had nothing to do with the rooms being ready. Rooms are not assigned until 3 pm. By 3 pm there were over 40 people waiting for rooms. Some people decided to go to the mall. Can you imagine 40 people waiting until 3 pm for a bell to ring signaling the rooms are now available. I envisioned a mad rush to get in line for a room. Disgusted I asked for a manager. When I explained to Cecilia that we were waiting since 1130 for a room AND we are HIG members. Cecilia said they have a routine. I asked “isn’t it better to assign rooms as they become available rather than wait until 3 pm to assign all the rooms” She reiterated that they have a routine. So at 3 pm now people are alll lined up to obtain their room assignments. It will take well over an hour to assign the rooms. At 5:30 pm people were still on line to check in. The hotel’s routine is not good for customer satisfaction.

Anantara is a very beautiful resort. Decor is top notch and comfortable. The staff provides excellent service and assistance is always available. The resort is a beach front property with a lot of activities. This property is amazing and you won’t go wrong by choosing it. Yusef , Cintia, Karim, Sharonne, Paul, and many more of the staff ( I’m bad with names) , will attend to all your needs.

The most cost-effective hotel I have been to Hilton during the Spring Festival. Shangri-La and other hotels. Although it is much more luxurious than this, this hotel is located in the Blue Bay beach and has a private island like Shangri-La. It is the best place for the entire Mauritius coral to see the smallest fish. It can be said that building a mid-range hotel here is simply a waste.

The beach of Mao Ball really doesn't want to hold too high expectations. This is the third home in Mao Ball. The service and the first two are really incomparable, because the former one lived in a bubble and served too much. There is no comparison here, you can only say that the price is OK, after all, this price is cheaper in the hair ball. To praise the bath water here, because the bubble is open air, so the bath water is cold at night, no matter where the bath water is good in the morning and evening, it is close to the SUPER U flacq shop.
