The B&B is basically a room block next door to the golf clubhouse, with a beautiful outlook.
The highlight of our stay were the superb breakfasts and attentive staff member.
There were a number of maintenance issues, from broken tiles across the bathroom floor, blown bulbs, TV not working... But the hygiene in the room was good.

Great Views
Stayed in room 6 at the top of the building, great views of the bay and Swansea, plenty of room and really clean and tidy. Quiet warm but just turn the heating down or open the windows so no problem. The only thing I could suggest is to advertise breakfast is not served till 8 oclock and food is not served on a Monday evening, shame as the food is really good. I solved this by eating at The Woodman at the bottom of the hill as you turn up to go to the golf club, great food at good prices.
