Het hotel is over het algemeen goed. Ligging en kamers zijn prima. Ontbijt is goed.
Avondeten is matig en naar verhouding duur. De bediening op het terras was slecht. Obers waren soms ronduit bot en en slecht gehumeurd.
Boeken op kamernummer werd door de ene ober wel gedaan en de ander vond het te omslachtig en weigerde .
De Hygiëne was goed en de receptie was eveneens goed. Wifi was uitstekend

Gutes Hotel, Zimmer sauber, etwas Schimmel in der Duschkabine. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Aufenthalt war mit einer Gruppe. Hier gab es ein reichhaltiges Frühstücks- und großes Vorspeisenbufett. Gruppen essen gesondert von a la Card Gästen. Leider mußte ich feststellen, dass meine Kleidung nach dem Essen sehr nach Fett und Küchendunst roch.

Siamo arrivati tardi a Mayrhofen, direi troppo tardi per cenare, saranno state le 21. Non sapendo dove andare ci siamo guardati intorno e questo hotel ristorante ci è sembrato carino. Siamo entrati e il cameriere ci ha accolti dopo aver chiesto se fosse possibile cenare. Abbiamo ordinato e ci ha portato prima le quattro birre e poi il gulash. Non posso sapere chi e come lo avesse fatto ma sapeva di scatoletta. Poi ci ha servito i quattro piatti che abbiamo ordinato (würstel, carni in salsa, patate con maiale) serviti decisamente non bene e di dubbia bontà (formula da area di servizio) e insieme a questi è arrivato con il pos per riscuotere in quanto doveva chiudere e andare a casa. Siamo rimasti sbalorditi, abbiamo pagato e abbiamo iniziato a mangiare. Neppure 5 minuti e ci siamo alzati chiedendo un caffè o un dolce e questo maleducato ha detto: “adesso non parlo piu inglese (il suo pessimo inglese) adesso parlo tedesco! E il caffe l’ho terminato. Buonasera!.” Tutto questo senza che fosse successo qualcosa. Era semplicemente innervosito dal nostro tardivo arrivo! Mio domando se certa gente può stare al pubblico! Decisamente pessimo.

Excellent hotel!! Lovely, attentive staff, delicious food and location is perfect for the two lifts. We arrived late due to flight times and they offered a cooked meal from the main restaurant. We stayed here last year with a room opposite the entrance to the Apres club and we were never disturbed. This year we were in a smaller room at the back and it was perfect too. We got married half way through the stay and the staff made up a card to greet us at breakfast (along with a bottle of Sekt arranged our family) We will definitely come back, maybe in the summer this time? Thanks again

Restaurantbewertung: wir hatten Spareribs, leider sehr trocken und fest - die schlechtesten, die ich je gegessen habe (Preis EUR 28,50) und Zwiebelrostbraten (ohne Zwiebeln?!) auf Nachfrage beim Kellner, hieß es, es seien gerade keine Zwiebeln fertig, dies wurde einfach abgetan. Auch an der Rezeption interessierte unsere Kritik zu beiden Speisen nicht - sehr schade. Ein Restaurantbesuch ist in der Hauptsaison nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Brücke war sehr schön! Die Zimmer, das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren von guter Qualität. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt im Zentrum von Mayrhofen.
