Very attentive and friendly staff at the reception and restaurant, I loved the breakfast. They helped us with information for our walk. Opportunity for improvement, during our stay the internet signal did not reach the room on the 3rd floor

Very good location that's why the 2 stars, but terrible service, we lasted 3 days and we never had internet in the room, it is the first executive hotel I've been to that doesn't have WiFi in the room, we told the receptionist and she never gave us a solution They only delayed us, the facilities are a little old and they do not have basic services in the room such as water to drink and/or coffee.

Dirty hotel, with people unwilling to work. But a good location, for those who want to be on the busiest street in Colombia and close to the university (UPB), Americanized breakfast with friendly workers but they don't speak English and they take a long time with the order. The maids are friendly and trustworthy but they don't clean properly! I stayed at the hotel for 15 days and would not return!!!!
