Bien las instalaciones en general, la limpieza es diaria si asi desea, muy amable el personal de cocina y saloneros.
La recepcionista del turno de la mañana es poco amable, a nuestra llegada se encontraba discutiendo con alguien por celular y no cerró la llamada hasta varios minutos despues y sin sonreir nos dice que debemos esperar el ck-in hasta las 3 pm y cuando mucho nos podia cuidar las maletas. El resto del personal de la tarde y nocturno son muy gentiles, incluso me ayudaron a realizar el web ck-in con toda paciencia
La ama de llaves Claudia me encaró molesta cuando se le indicó que el aseo habia quedado mal.

Se equivocaron al darme una habitación y nos hicieron movernos a la mitad de la estancia con otro cuarto porque conocíamos a los otros involucrados, si no fuera así estarían obligados a dejarme en la habitación y asumir su error, lo cual no hicieron.

No tienen gran variedad de desayuno, te cobran por las aguas que tomes de la nevera y no te lo dicen hasta que entregas la habitación. Tiene muy buena ubicación. Pero buscaría otra opción.

Service was just not up to par. The lady at the reception was not friendly or helpful. Just kind of in a bad mood. The hotel, although dated, is well located near restaurants, bars, grocery stores. But the room is beyond basic. Not at all what was shown in pictures. The TV signal was very intermittent, wasn't able to watch a thing. Breakfast was too basic as well, but that is usually what it is in most Medellin hotels.
