That Staff (already sent an email) He is very rude and unprofessional with customers like me, no hospitality which is bringing negative impression about your hotel.

CLEAN PLACE, GOOD HOSPITALITY, CALM AND NICE PLACE, GOOD FOR RELAX

The hotel is just next to the airport from where there are direct public buses (bus number/line 400, running roughly every 30 minutes, journey time 20 minutes) to Al Haram. The furniture in the room is a bit aged, but other than that it is perfect for a few nights for exploring the city. Even though it is next to the airport the noise from the planes could not be heard in the room. The buffet breakfast is OK for 1-2 nights.

It is a good thing that you are not a part of the problem and that you are not a victim of the problem and you are not a problem because you are the one that has to be the good.

The hotel is at the airport and there services were fine the staff are also trying there best so we really enjoyed our stay there, the hotel provided a bus to Haram

Great hotel, nice clean rooms with a small desk for working. The only issue is that it's far from the city centre - about 25-30 minute drive. A comfortable stay.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. From the front desk staff to the room service staff, they are all very warm and polite. The environment is also very good, and there is no noise when resting.

Although it is an airport hotel, you can take a cheap bus from the airport to the Prophet's Mosque, and non-Muslims can stay there, so it seems quite useful as a base for sightseeing. Also, the facilities are quite high quality for the price, so I am very satisfied.

The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is very close to the airport, just a five-minute walk away. I have stayed in the closest hotel to the airport!

The location is great. It's a 5 minute walk from the airport, so you can easily take the bus from the airport and go there. The bus to and from the airport was free and easy to use, so I didn't have to worry about having a suitcase.
