Expérience très moyenne. Commençant par le restaurant (diner) et finissant par les chambres. Les animaux sont bienvenus mais à quel prix - le chien doit "fermer sa gueule" presque. Le déco de la chambre pas sympa du tout - tout est gris et bas de gamme. Le lounge en bas est bien, le petit déj aussi. Je voulais donner moins d'étoiles mais on a rencontré une ménagère sympa au début donc une étoile c'est pour son charme.

Que du positif à retenir sur cet hôtel. Accueil, personnel, prestations, qualité du petit déjeuner etc… Mention spéciale aux cocktails proposés avec quelques créations excellentes. Le spa et les soins proposés sont un véritable plus après une longue journée de randonnée. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons pour la saison d’hiver.

L'établissement est très agréable car il est cosy, à taille humaine, le service y est excellent et l'équipe d'une grande gentillesse. De l'attention est porté à chaque détail pour que l'on se sente bien. 5 étoiles sans hésiter !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel favoloso curato in ogni dettaglio. Staff preparato, professionale e gentile. Ricevuto un upgrade senza chiedere nulla, non capita spesso. Colazione ottima ricca di prodotti selezionati, ottima la cena. Le camere sono pulitissime e arredate in maniera fine e curate nei dettagli. Torneremo presto. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Accueil et service incomparable pour un hôtel ultra central. Tout le monde est aux petits soins. Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner: fruits frais, gaufres, œufs (…) commandés à la minute: exceptionnel, cela change des petits dej industriels proposés dans d’autres hôtels de standing. Un seul bémol: une salle de bain un étriquée, mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!
