是這家酒店的老客户了，之前一直都很滿意，但是本次體驗很不好，首先在酒店訂了兩間規格不同的房間，臨行之前酒店打電話説有一種房間沒了，説給我換一間和另外一間隔壁的房間，我説可以，結果到了之後前台説兩個房間不是隔壁，在我的一再堅持下答應調整，但是得等到三點，我説系統上説的是2點入住，前台説是2點之後，我去，那意思4點5點幾點都可以了？一再的催促協調後三點之前入住了，但是一肚子的氣，經瞭解這個前台是經理，就這素質怎麼當的經理，服務員倒是很暖心，多給了幾瓶水，説讓我們久等了，讓我們在這裏體驗到暖心的服務。4點多泡完温泉回來洗澡的時候在房間摔了，本來想着不要緊，結果到8點多疼的不行，因為家離的不遠，就説退房回家去醫院拍片子，但是兩間房將近兩千塊，就用了六個小時左右，問前台能不能退點費用，前台直接拒掉，當時手疼的厲害也不想糾纏就走了，今天想想太生氣了，人是在酒店摔的，酒店連一句安慰的話都沒有，入住晚，退房早，連夜都沒過，4個人的早餐也都沒吃，一分錢都不少收，大過年的也是夠了！在此值得説一下的是攜程在此次退**件中的處理另我刮目相看，話務員的語言很貼心，讓人很舒服，一再表示抱歉，各種協調，最後還做了經濟補償，讓人挑不出一個不字，我是攜程的老客户，以後一定會繼續支持攜程，不管網上怎麼説，我的體驗我知道！

挺好的，冬天主要來泡温泉的。温泉很多，比較乾淨整潔。服務態度超好。進旅館後基本不用出門，餐廳很乾凈，吃飯方便。
