Très propre et accueil impeccable, juste le canapé lit dans le salon très à l'étroit, sinon belle vue et bien situé. Place parking possible payante très pratique dans ce quartier. Le logement était en bon état de propreté, la résidence est bien sécurisée (digicode au portail, clef magnétique portail et ascenseur) code parking aussi.

Nous avions réservé l'appartement 204 et, quelques jours après, une place de parking en sous-sol. Ce dernier point est un des progrès réalisés depuis notre précédent séjour en 2022. A notre arrivée, l'emplacement était bien disponible, sécurisé par un arceau de protection. Deux clés lui étaient dédiées. Le système d’accès tant au portail qu'à l'immeuble et aux ascenseurs a été amélioré par la disponibilité d'un badge, permettant d'ouvrir sans le code. Seules l'entrée et la sortie du parking imposent un code à mémoriser. Pierre et Vacances ne peut hélas rien faire contre la limitation de place de stationnement temporaire lors de la remise des clés et badges à la réception. Appartement agréable avec sa vue tranquille sur le jardin, et très propre. J'ai cependant été amené à bricoler un peu : remettre dans son rail une des cloisons coulissantes, ajuster la fermeture d'une porte de placard et refixer une des tringles de stores (avec le couteau à huitres qui n'en a pas souffert). Nous tenons à signaler la parfaite propreté des parties communes, et en profitons pour remercier Déborah pour sa gentillesse à notre départ ce matin.

I enjoyed my stay in Menton in this property! The front desk staff (Allegria & Pauline) and cleaning staff were pleasant & helpful. A block away from the beach, the location is excellent with restaurants, shopping and bus stops at your doorstep. You can walk to the Menton train station in less than 10 minutes. Upon arrival, the building is a bit tricky to find as the suites are part of a larger apartment building with full-time residents (mostly older). You should also note that reception has limited hours. My studio suite faced the courtyard and the patio had lots of sun. The interior of the building is a older, but my studio was clean with a kitchenette - well equipped for a one week stay. The bed is actually a pull out couch, so this set-up may not be well suited to couples or families. I would visit this area again and would rebook at a Pierre & Residences property.

Consiglio una pulizia un po' più accurata , soprattutto dei letti, e anche delle stoviglie.
In ogni caso, ottima alternativa all'hotel.
