Ho passato 2 giorni in questo bellissimo hotel con la mia famiglia. Zona termale ,piscine e zona saune veramente belle pulite e molto curate. Il ristorante ottimo con personale molto cortese e professionale La colazione ottima sia per qualità dei prodotti che la varietà . Sono stato on questa struttura con la mia famiglia per le nostre vacanze. In hotel di grande livello. Situato vicino alle terme ( collegate con tunnel interno). Reception molto efficiente e disponibile al dare tutte le informazioni richieste. Sono disponibili biglietti per i mezzi pubblici. Sono 2 le piscine Una all ultimo piano solo per adulti Una al livello del giardino per tutti Acqua calda anche in quella esterna. Al bar il personale molto bravo come al ristorante Colazione superlativa

L'hotel, anche se datato, è sempre molto gradevole. Confortevoli tutti gli spazi comuni. I receptionist sono uno più gentile dell'altro e cercano di risolvere tutti i tuoi problemi, anche se, a volte, quando si deve saldare il conto c'è un po' di confusione. Altro appunto è non dare una distinta stampata degli extra. Le piscine sul terrazzo sono veramente piacevolissime. Le camere sono confortevoli. Un piccolo appunto, erano molto calde e il termostato si poteva spostare solo dai 24 ai 22 gradi e, in ogni caso tornava a 24 automaticamente. Questo comportava dover aprire la finestra per non avere troppo caldo; ciò, per un albergo che persegue la sostenibilità, è veramente una contraddizione. Ci siamo già stati più di una volta e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Meran. Die Zimmer sind modern, grosszügig und sauber. Der Wellnessbereich im 4.Stock mit dem Rooftop Pool und Aussicht auf die Stadt wunderschön. Auch der Garten Spa ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielseitig und frisch. In der Palm Bar Abends war es sehr gemütlich. Das Personal in allen Hotel Bereichen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Perfekt für ein paar erholsame Tage!!!
